Amazing Jason was so incredibly patient with us through the process of finding our second home in the mountains. Not only did he have a great knowledge about where to buy but he helped us understand the pros and cons of the different mountain towns. Jason was able to get us the home we wanted with other cash offers on the table and the lender said it was because of Jason’s professionalism.

Wonderful, Jason was a pleasure to work with. His experience shows well and I have learned a lot from him. With Jason’s guidance we continued to change strategies and increased our profits by waiting out through the buyers contingency resulting in quite an increase in comparison to our original asking price.

It went great! We selected Jason as the listing agent to help us sell my mother's mountain home after interviewing 5 different realtors, and we were thankful every day that we made that choice. He always delivered (and more!) on his promises, was patient and thorough, and never, ever pressured us. For an additional 1% commission, Jason acted as the project manager for renovating the house to maximize its resale value. I could not believe how quickly he got vendors into the house and was thrilled with the high quality of their work. Jason stayed within our budget and always explained the benefit of the work he recommended we do. The five realtors we interviewed gave list prices that were as much as $200,000 apart. Jason was at the high end or the range and explained how the refurbishing he was suggesting would get us that price. The house had multiple offers at or above asking price on the first weekend it went on sale, and we closed 3 weeks after that. Jason delivered on his promises and I think he did better for us than many of the other realtors we interviewed (who might have been focused on a quicker sale at a lower price). I recommend Jason unreservedly. He is the best!

OUTSTANDING. We can't say enough about how happy we were working with Jason to help us buy our first home in Colorado. We would absolutely use him again next time we need a real estate agent- but hopefully thats not for a while! Jason repeatedly went above and beyond what you should expect to help us see the homes we wanted and put offers on the homes we were interested in. We had to make a few offers before one was finally accepted, but that was by no means Jason's fault. He's friendly, personable, and so knowledgeable. Fantastic. We came from out-of-state, so the first trick was finding a reputable real estate agent which we found on Angie's List. Made initial contact with Jason in December, 2013. He provided invaluable advice with our specific criteria. With his advice in mind, we did extensive online research, confirming his guidance was spot-on. By the time we made our first trip in April, with Jason's help we had narrowed the search area down. In the first few days of house hunting, we learned first-hand this area was a seller's market with intense competition and low inventory. With Jason's guidance we found a home and had a contract in place within one week. This was our great hope to find a home quickly (completely unrealistic, we know, but one can always hope) and Jason, working with unique circumstances, made it happen. Personal opinion, Jason is part psychologist and part real estate agent. He never pushed, he listened intently, his guidance was soft and gentle. At the point he needed to be assertive (contract phase), he was assertive. We always felt he had our best interests in mind and his greatest desire was to find us the right home. He loves his job and it shows. We will add to this review after closing. We have closed and moved into our home. Still feel the same as stated above. Jason's service did not stop when we closed, he continued to help us handle things until our arrival. One has to be passionate about what one does to have the attitude and spirit Jason does. He will be the only agent we will use if/when it comes time to move again.

As stated by other reviewers, we felt very lucky to have chosen Jason Zisk as our realtor when purchasing a new home! Having moved from Virginia to Colorado, we required someone trustworthy who could help us navigate an unfamiliar environment (combined with a very competitive market). After trying my luck with another agent (who definitely did not meet expectations), I turned to Angie's List. After my initial meeting with Jason, I knew that I had made the right choice. He met with me for quite awhile, asking me detailed questions about what we were looking for and taking a lot of notes. He also answered all of my questions (which were significant as we were having a lot of anxiety about looking for a home in Denver). Jason's demeanor is very calm and relaxed (great when you're anxious), but he is more Type A when it comes to his job (great when follow through is important). He was always on time and dependable. Another thing that I liked about the way that Jason does his job: if you ask him to shift gears, he doesn't waste any time. We had put a contract in on a house, but (sparing all the painful details) the sellers were sending conflicting signals. Jason was endlessly persistent in trying to work things out, but eventually we decided that it didn't feel right and we wanted to terminate the contract. Meanwhile, we had seen another house come on the market that we absolutely loved. Jason immediately terminated our contract that night, he showed us the house that we loved at 9 a.m. the next morning and we made an offer by lunchtime. The house required some negotiating about repairs (thankfully he advised us to get a sewer inspection which turned out to be great advice), Jason worked with the seller's agent to get these done and we now happily own it! Jason was also great about sending reminder emails, or just emails with great suggestions about where to buy furniture or find a good deli :^)I will be highly recommending Jason Zisk to anyone here looking to buy or sell a home!!!

If there ever was to be a "Realtor's realtor", it would be Jason Zisk. He assisted us with buying a house in a very tight market and then selling our house; all with careful guidance and ease. He kept us in constant contact with the processes we needed involving with, I.E. mortgage lenders, title companies, etc. Even the contractors and specialists needed in this process are top-notch. As first time home buyers, we were very lucky to find Jason. We picked him because of his outstanding reviews on Angie's List and we were very glad have to him on our side. We were impressed with Jason's services throughout the entire process. From the beginning it was clear that we were working with a professional who knew the ins and outs of the Denver market. He gave us realistic advice, worked around our crazy work schedules to make himself available for showings, and made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at every step of the process from setting up showings to making the offer and closing on our first home. With Jason's help, we found the home we wanted in less than two weeks (even though we met other people at showings who had been looking for 8 months or more). At closing, we were told by the seller's agent that the reason our offer was accepted was because Jason went to bat for us at the critical offer stage. There was another offer that exactly matched ours, but our offer was accepted because we had an outstanding buyers agent who presented our case so well to the sellers agent. In the weeks leading up to the closing date, Jason worked seamlessly with our lender-whom he had never worked with before. The entire process was less stressful than I anticipated because of this and went smoothly. Even after closing Jason did not stop working for us. There were some gutter extensions that were supposed to be installed on our home before closing, but due to the weather had to be postponed. Jason did all of the legwork to make sure that the agreed upon items were installed in a timely manor, with no effort on our part. Anyone looking for a real estate agent would do well to speak with Jason first. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jason was always very patient and friendly. As I am a first-time home buyer, he explianed many details and walked me through many steps of the home buying process all while offering great advice. We went on many house visits and he would always walk me through and point out things he noticed. I am way more knowledgeable about what to look for in a house and what I would want out of my own home thanks to him. I felt he acted very professionally and in good capactiy as my feduciary. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Unfortunately, my financial situation has taken a turn in a different direction and my parents became involved in the process and wanted to go with another agent (someone with a closer relation to the family). This in no way reflects the work Jason put in or the faith I have in him as a solid representative for a home buyer.

Jason is the consummate professional. When I initially spoke with him over the phone about putting my house on the market, I mentioned that I had a bad experience with my previous broker. Jason took this issue personally and made a great effort to provide an even better experience for me as a representative of his industry demonstrating his high degree of integrity. Jason was extremely responsive and during our visit came prepared with all the information regarding comps in my surrounding area as well as details of several houses in my neighborhood that recently sold. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable about the market. We spent a long and thorough time walking through my house while Jason took notes of all the selling points and made suggestions of items is hours invest in fixing to make the house more sellable. Finally he walked me through in detail what he would price he recommended listing my house for and why. Furthermore he clearly explained what I should expect from the process and how much I would be able too reasonably to walk away with. Ultimately, due to a change in my personal circumstances, I ended up not putting my house on the market. But when I do there is no doubt that I will be calling Jason, he's A+ all the way!!

The number is correct....give it a try....He must be so busy he doesn't need new business I guess. I was looking for a new home and have been for a while. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and the way he communicated to us every step of the way. Before our first meeting, he researched the house and the comps so we were able to make an informed decision. He also took great pictures of the house and got it listed right away. This really was the best experience we have had selling a home (7th time!) He always returned our calls in a timely manner which was one of the things we were looking for in a realtor. Jason was beyond amazing. This project stretched over 6 months and was extremely difficult. We had never built a new home before. Much to my surprise, it was an exhaustive process because the builder turned out to be very difficult to deal with. Selling our current home with Jasonand acirc;??s help was a breeze. It was only on the market for a couple of weeks and he had two competing offers in the works. Yet going through the entire sales and building process (and all the showings, upgrades and fixes involved with that) and dealing with the builder of the new home and their contractors was incredibly difficult. After the sale of the old home, we also had to move into an interim apartment until the new home was finished. During the entire process Jason was my rock. He provided solid advice, talked me of the ledge when I just could not take one more crazy thing from the builder, and fought side by side with me to get what we wanted from the sale of the old home and from the builder for the new house. Jason was the consummate professional every step of the journey, serving as our intermediary for all questions about the property as well as interfacing well with us and our mortgage broker on the financial aspects of the purchase process. It was a most satisfying partnership that served us very well; we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Jason.

Jason is amazing! I don't even know where to begin, he has done so many wonderful things for us. If you are looking for a great relator who knows his stuff and really cares about your needs, hire him today! We have been working with Jason for the past two months on the sale of our townhouse as well as on building a new much larger new home. When we started this process I had several referrals for realtors from friends. Yet I felt I should do my own due diligence and do my own research on Angie's list, etc. After reviewing some of his postings I gave him a call just to see how we would vibe; not really having any intention of hiring him right away; just feeling him out. He was lovely on the phone and made me feel really comfortable. No pretense, no salesman talk, just a good guy. I told him about our plans and he immediately offered up great advice about the new home building process, and even met with the builder with us without being contracted. We have never build a home before and he was a tremendous asset and still is. He is very knowledgable about the new home building process and gave great advise. He provided great insight for the sale of our existing townhouse as well. After testing him out for a while I was finally convinced we found our relator. We signed with him as our relator for the sale of the old home and the purchase of the new house. Boy, am I now glad we did! He kicked into overdrive and flipped over backwards to help with the sale of our current home. He recommended pricing and financing options to attract buyers, helped with advise about staging the house for optimal showing and sales presentation, and more. He even put up with my hundreds of phone calls and emails - well maybe not hundreds, but a lot! He never lost patience with me and was there to assist us around the clock. Yes, 6 am, Sundays, no matter when he was there to hold my hand and guide me through the stressful sales process. He delivers incredible customer service! Our old home was only on the market for three weeks. He had quickly lined up numerous showings and two viable buyers. He even assisted with credible lender choices for us and them. He worked with our HOA to get some things straightened out to make the sale of the home easier, and guided me through some of the improvements the new owner wanted done. He even looked up contractors for me and gave me advice on how to best get the fixes done quickly and correctly. He has been an absolute gem! My husband travels a lot and I am so grateful for having had Jason there to help guide me through this process. When we closed on our old home, he even gave me a gift at closing. After all this, he gave me a gift, it should have been the other way around. Again, what can you say about an honest man who is extraordinary at his job? I say hire him. Hire him today! You will not find a better, more qualified or more caring relator out there. And no, I am not getting paid for this review - it is as real as Jason. We are currently still working with Jason and are preparing for the second leg in our journey, the purchase of the new home. If the first half was any indication, the second half of the selling and building process will be even better. As I said before, he is great!

Jason helped me find and purchase the home I was looking for. This was a fairly lengthy process. I had some fairly specific requirements in terms of location, immediate surroundings, size, floor layout, structure, basement type, etc. and he worked with me throughout the whole filtering process. He's knowledgeable about how houses are constructed and the important things to consider (aside from my requirements and aesthetics) which helped me quite a bit in the decision making process. For a while it looked like my requirements in my preferred price range wasn't going to happen but the search continued and we did end up finding some new home construction with my requirements at a fair price. It was actually a pre-sale situation that wasn't yet advertised (I didn't even know those existed) but Jason was able to help find and pursue it, which ended up being just about perfect. He walked me through the whole contract process and even spent some time (upon my request) to give an opinion on some of the interior options in terms of aesthetics, resale value and expected maintenance/durability. After initial pricing of the home was given there ended up being a small discrepancy between what I was told the price would be and what the price ended up being. This was a mistake by the home builder and Jason was able to work with them to ensure I received the house for the price originally quoted (it was only a 1k discrepancy but 1k in my favor is still 1k). After the price was worked out and the contract signed it was a waiting process until the house was built. Jason would occasionally stop by the house and take pictures of the construction process and send them over. Super nice gesture. He would also stay in regular contact to ensure everything was still on track, all my questions were answered and even walked with me through the house a few times as they were building it. The house was built about 7 months later and Jason helped with the final inspection process to make sure all punch list items were covered and corrected. He also found a few issues in the home and was able to ensure they were taken care of. The closing process was relatively straightforward but he was able to explain the intent of most of the documents provided. Jason is non-threatening, not pushy, very friendly but still gets results. I think he was very helpful and I have no problem recommending him to others.

We found Jason, highly rated, on Angie's List and crossed our fingers because our expectations are usually much higher than average. Most fortunately, Jason went above and beyond even our high bar! We LOVED working with him. Aside from being extremely proficient at the nuances of the real estate business here, his knowledge of construction and openness with information was invaluable to us. I can't explain how refreshing it was to work with someone so competent. He wasn't pushy at all and steered us away from properties that even if higher priced, would not have been a good fit for us. He listened so patiently and put in a lot of time researching the myriad of questions we bombarded him with. We changed our minds constantly about our preferences and desired areas of the city. Jason had solid advice and constructive thoughts all along the way. He was great handling the sellers and sellers agent too. They came off as somewhat disorganized and lackadaisical. I know Jason spent significant effort ensuring that he followed up and followed up and followed up until each and every question or concern we had was addressed. Even till the last minute, he was watching out for us, not allowing us to sign closing documents till the seller provided proof that inspection items were completed properly and paid for. To top it all off, beyond being so proficient at his job, he was such a pleasure in personality and conversation. It was a great bonus to the whole experience!

Jason was very patient. We went through a lengthy search process and at no time did Jason try to influence us to move forward with something just to get the process done. On the contrary, Jason sought to deeply understand our motivations and search out additional alternatives that may work for us. Jason was very professional in his capacity, both with us and with the other agents and property owners that he dealt with during the process. We ended up purchasing the unit remotely and were very pleased with Jason's access to time-saving and very efficient processes that enabled us to complete the transaction with minimal effort. I highly recommend Jason if you are looking for a realtor. He was incredibly reliable, honest and most importantly excellent at his job. He knows the market, was very efficient in looking into what we wanted and presenting us with options almost daily. We had seen a few places with other realtors prior to meeting Jason and there was no comparison. He helped us find the perfect place and even recommended a very good mortgage broker. By researching market value of comparable properties he also helped us place the perfect bid for our new home.
