We have worked with Keith Jacob before and were not disappointed by his service this time. He is a man of honesty and integrity. His crews showed up on time, they did the job they were supposed to do in one very long day and cleaned up afterward. Keith inspected the finished roof and corrected anything that was not done to code or his personal level of quality. The gutters look great and more importantly drain as they should now. I would recommend Integrous and Keith to any one without a qualm.

I would highly recommend Integrous roofing. It was very simple and straight forward from start ( estimate) to finish (shiny new roof) -Good price. Good quality. Done very well and fast! Finished pretty much in one day and got inspection the next. Keith is very professional and friendly, you can tell customer service is of utmost importance to him. Hie crew was very professional and respectful and the whole experience was easy and problem free. I wish I could give higher marks than 'A'. I called four different roofing contractors, including one owned by a friend, and Integrous Roofing and Restoration was the only one that I actually spoke with. Additionally, Keith told me the person coming would most likely be able to fix our problem on the spot. I was amazed, thinking this would be a multi-day ordeal. After speaking with Keith I was contacted soon after by David who although was very busy and at the complete opposite end of town assured me he would be able to fix the problem a bit later in the day. True to his word, he showed up later in the afternoon, gave me a clear assessment of the problem and his intended fix. Once agreed he did everything he said we would do plus inspected the roof and fixed a couple of other potential issues. He even knocked down a hornets nest. This will be a company I use again and will heartily recommend to anyone who asks. On a personal note David proved to be a warm personable man. He is a true asset to Integrous Roofing and Restoration.

He pointed out areas of damage that the insurance adjuster missed. They've done a pretty good job overall. I would use them again in the future if needed.

This was the third time that Integrous Roofing & Restoration did roof inspections and repairs for us. Each time we have used them we have been completely satisfied with the results. We feel that we have established a great working relationship with the people at Integrous Roofing & Restoration. We will not hesitate to call them for any roof repairs we might need in the future.

Overall our experience with Keith Jacobs in surveying the hail damage on our roof from a recent storm, contacting our insurance company, meeting with the insurance adjuster and securing a fully covered claim for a new roof, removing our old roof and repairing all underlying damage, reshingling our roof in one day with polite and very competent workers was excellent. While not desiring to replace our roof in the near future, we have continually spoke highly of and referred Mr. Jacobs and his company to friends.

In an increasingly impersonal world where customer service and passion is sadly missing, I was well cared for by a man and his organization who are genuinely seeking to understand and meet the needs of their customers and passionate about the work they do. My wife and I had recently purchased a home and during the inspection our inspector noticed little pits and abrasions on the roof and told us it looked like hail damage. About a year after we closed on the house I called Keith Jacob to come take a look. He told me that if the damage was "pre-existing" (meaning it occurred before we bought the house) the insurance company probably wouldn't cover the cost of a new roof. Not aware of ant recent hail, I was surprised and impressed that he still offered to come to Broomfield from Highlands Ranch to take a look even though it wasn't likely to be an immediate sale for him. He came out and told me that there had actually been a small hailstorm that had come through my area when I had been out of town. In addition to the old damage it was clear that there was new damage as well. I had never owned a home before and didn't have any idea how this all worked with the insurance and stuff. He was very thorough and explained the whole process to me. I never felt as though he was pressuring me to do anything. His primary concern was to make sure he understood what I needed and expected and then was able to move forward and meet those needs and expectations. He drove out again to meet the insurance adjuster and compare notes with him to be sure that the claim was legitimate. My claim was covered by my insurance and all I had to pay was the deductible. Keith brought roofing material samples out and described the cost and potential benefits of all the different options and colors. Again I never felt pressure to buy anything. He served us well through the entire process. We now have a brand new beautiful roof and he has a customer for life. Needless to say, I highly recommend Keith Jacob for all of your roofing needs because of his genuine desire to serve the needs of each individual customers and his brilliant execution thereafter. Overall a very positive experience. I recieved expert advice and evaluation in an honest and upright way. In the end of the day integroys Roofing saved me alot of time, money, and hassle. I would recommend there services to others. And for an evaluation on your roof, it was absolutely free, no strings attached!

I could not recommend Keith Jacob and Integrous Roofing and Restoration more highly. Keith worked with my insurance adjuster to see that I had two roofs replaced with all the costs covered by the insurance company. My first experience with Keith was on my private residence. He did ALL the leg work and walked me through the entire process. He got on my roof to verify I had hail damage, met the insurance adjuster on my roof to assure that adjuster saw and noted the damage, and then thoroughly explained the process of receiving the insurance payments. He even helped me to choose the right style and color shingle. Keith's crew was professional, showed up when Keith said they would, completed the roof in ONE day, and there was no clean up for me to do afterward. Keith even followed up with me to make sure all went well. The roof looks great and I was very appreciative of the process that was both organized and professional and for Keith who was honest, hard working and thorough. My second experience with Keith was when I had him look at a roof on a rental house which I own. Not only was my overall experience similar to when his company roofed my personal home, but the insurance adjuster even commented to me how much he enjoyed working with Keith. And in addition to getting a new roof, Keith convinced the adjuster to pay for the roof of a large shed on the property as well as to replace some rotten wood on a porch overhang. Again, the roof looks fabulous, was completed in one day and on the day Keith had scheduled the job, and Keith again helped to walk me through all the insurance paperwork. Lastly, I have recommended Keith and his company to a few friends and each one of them have had equally as positive experiences as mine. I will end with where I began....I could not recommend Keith Jacob or Integrous Roofing and Restoration more highly.

ON THE THREE OCCATIONS LISTED ABOVE, MR. JACOB HANDLED ALL ROOFING NEEDS INCLUDING THE INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE ROOF DAMAGE, COST ESTIMATES, MEETING WITH OUR INSURACE ADJUSTER, ETC. FROM BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE PROJECT. MR. JACOB RAN THE ROOFING CREWS AND INSPECTED THE COMPLETED WORK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS READY FOR CITY INSPECTION. KEITH HANDLED ALL PAPER WORK, INVOICING ETC. WITH THE INSURACNE COMPANY. MR. JACOB WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND AND USE HIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

Keith was recommended by my insurance company and he drove all the way up to my house to be there when the insurance adjuster came to inspect. He then preformed the work. Great service!

I was very please when the "Owner" of the company came to introduce himself as well as the company. Keith was very helpful and described everything to me. He then met the insurance adjuster at my house and actually inspected along side the adjuster. Keith worked very closely with the adjuster, insurance company and me and everything turned out perfectly. His roofing crew was by far the most professional crew I've ever used. They were gracious, prompt, and took great care to finish the job with integrity and perfection. I've never seen a better roofing job. Most of my neighbors had their roofs replaced and mine is by far the best, right down to the roof vents. I would HIGHLY recommend Keith and his company to anyone!
