For the most part it was okay. I think the price was fair and I felt like there was decent communication throughout. They did have to remove the skylights which were not explained prior, and there was a little damage to the inside; so when we brought it to their attention, there was a small credit back.

I have been satisfied. I think the roof looks good and the work was done in a timely manner. I have been happy and would recommend them! They have been very responsive to my questions.

We were hit by a hail storm that totaled our roof. We made an insurance claim, and we were told about this company through a friend. Keith, the owner, came to my house personally to help us pick out the type and color of the roof we were to get, and worked with the insurance company for us as well. Once we picked out the color and type of roof we wanted, they were able to come out within a week or so from that date to replace the roof. The day of the re-roof, the workers were on time, and very efficient. They did a great job, used high quality material, cleaned up well after themselves and were able to complete the entire roof in one day. There is also a great warranty on the roof and craftsmanship. Keith is very prompt in responding to calls and emails and answers any questions you may have, he is also a very kind man. I will use this company again and again and would recommend his services to everyone that

Timely provided a quote and scheduled the job sooner than I expected. The rep was a pleasure to work with. Finished job in one day as expected. The crew removed my skylights to do the job and there was slight drywall damage on the inside. They also made to attempt to avoid dropping shingles and junk into my living room as I watched in horror. Failed city inspection, but passed after corrections made. Note that the company subcontracted to a crew that spoke no English. I noticed a few problems during the work and the rep came promptly. He was able to have the significant issues resolved (the crew was trying to put shingles over damaged plywood from prior roof leak and ignored gaps hidden from the original house contruction), but the crew ignored him on the minor matters. The rep later came back and fixed flapping shingles and minor problems I saw after the job was complete.

first of all, Keith answered the phone EVERY TIME. unlike the other roofers I found on Angie's list who have voicemail and don't bother to call back. second, Keith went above and beyond to go out (a long drive, the very next day) and re-check the work that his company had done on the house we are buying to re-assure me, and also pointed out their 15 year warranty on the work. third, he arranged for David, an extremely friendly, competent, and helpful roofer to come out, also the next day, and fix the vent issue on our current house, for far less money than expected. the roof looks awesome.. certainly unexpected given the mess the vent installer had made of the vents. I can't say enough good things about Integrous. it's not often you find a company who lives up to their name.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list. The company called me with in a couple hours and told me the person that would be contacting me. That person contacted me the same day and scheduled a day to do the work. The work was completed as promised. I will use this company again the future.

I left a message to make an appointment for a roof replacement quote. I received a call back that day informing me that someone else would call back to schedule the appointment. I never received the call back for the appointment.

I was extremely please with the service they provided. They were on time and professional.

I FOUND INTEGROUS THRU ANGIE'S LIST AND PICKED IT BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS. I LIVE 300 MILES AWAY AND CONDUCTED EVERYTHING BY PHONE. THE QUOTE FOR THE WORK WAS RECEIVED THE SAME DAY AS I INQUIRED. THE PERMITS AND WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND APPARENTLY THE WORK IS EXCELLENT AND WARRANTIED. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SEE THE ROOF BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT LOOKS VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND INTEGROUS TO ANYONE. DAVID SNYDER

They were on time, did a good job at a reasonable price and have asked that we follow up with them after weather that might cause problems to make sure everything is completed correctly.

David White was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. We had to make decisions regarding partial repair, more complete repair or replacement and he helped us make an informed, economical decision. I really appreciated the lack of pressure to spend the most money when it was not required. I found that several other companies that gave us a quote completely lost interest when they learned that our insurance company would not pay for replacement. This was NOT the case with Integrous Roofing. Now, when we do need to replace the roof, they will be the first company we will call!

I called before they were open at 7:30 am they returned my call at about 8:15 am David White called me about an hour later Came out , gave me an estimate which was right in line with what my estimate was, ran to Lowes got the material and did the repair. I could not ask for more timely response ater

When some repairs were needed, were honest about us finding someone closer to where we live in the mountains to do the minor repairs was a better/cheaper solution for us. Offered to refer us to someone closer to us .

They were very responsive. They called me back when they said they would 2 different times. They went over to do an estimate and find out what kind of shingles I had and it turns out that the company I had fired that did not show up the day before had come by and done the work for free (weird but true). So I didn't need to use them, but I would call them again for roof work. I talked with both Keith and David and both were very friendly and professional.

Overall, the experience went very well. They provided an estimate and worked with my insurance to come up with an agreed price. They did a good job!

The owner, Keith, responded to my inquiry the same day - even though I called after business hours. David White came out and thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof, found and replaced a few cracked tiles, and repaired a small drip behind the gutter on the front of my house. Per my request, David also examined my ceilings and interior walls for any signs of possible leak or water damage. He was super nice, punctual, courteous, explained everything, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even helped me identify the exact color and type of roof tiles we have, and helped us find a place to get extra tiles if we need them in the future. Just as he promised, he provided me with a letter of his inspection findings shortly after his visit. His services were affordable and reasonable, and I would highly recommend David White and Integrous Roofing and Restoration for any roofing job.

I sold a house and the buyer requested a 5-year certification on the roof. I contacted Integrous after receiving an outrageous bid from another contractor. Integrous performed an actual on-the-roof inspection, which the other contractor had not done. Integrous reported specific but minor damage to a specific area of the roof. Less than a week later the repairs, including recaulking all the flashing where pipes penetrated the roof, were complete.

Keith Jacob, the owner of Integrous Roofing, arrived at our appointment for an estimate on time and spent a considerable amount of time not only doing the estimate, but explaining the roof repair itself and his process with my insurance company and the actual repair. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his attention to customer service. He worked with my insurance company and my HOA for repair approvals and the payment of permit fees. Additionally, he has a contractor who is available for repairs other than roof repairs which included repairing damage to my deck and fence, screens, paint trim on my garage door and the eave of my roof and gutter replacement. Although these repairs haven't been completed yet due to my scheduling issues, he will be at my house tomorrow to complete the additional work. This was a big plus for me as I don't have to worry about getting these miscellaneous repairs completed by several different vendors. I am very pleased with the roof repair, the employees and the service. The crew repairing my roof was prompt and thorough. They completed the whole tearout and replacement in about 6-7 hours and cleaned up everything. You couldn't tell there were any workmen at the house at all that day. Keith also followed up with the county and had the inspection completed. I would, and already have, recommended Integrous Roofing and Keith has already been to inspect my daughter's house which also needs a roof replacement. Knowledgeable, professional, great customer service. ,

Once all the insurance check, approval, and paper work was finished (about a month) they completed the entire roof in one day. Crew did a great job of cleaning up after job was complete too.

David from Integrous Roofing & Restoration came to our home to explain the estimate for repairs after extensive hail damage to our property. He was thorough in his inspection of the property, in explaining the repair process and in showing the credentials of their company. We were confident the company would be fair, honest and do an excellent job which proved true. The roofers were diligent and had the roof removed, replaced and cleaned up in 2 days. This included removing the skylights and replacing them. The gutters replaced on the out-building were completed in an afternoon. The house and out-building paint was completed to our satisfaction and looks great! Everyone involved in the repairs were kind and courteous. We recommend Integrous Roofing & Restoration.

They were very helpful in explaining what they would do during the estimate process and gave me detailed information about what they found. The best part was they didn't find much and told me so. They could've easily said that the roof was in worse condition than it was and charged me for unnecessary work.

Marvin worked with us to ensure the estimate was clear and correlated with the Insurance evaluation.The work crew was very courteous and my wife was pleased with the communication regarding the progress and work site status.I've watched at least 4 other companies replace roofs in the neighborhood, and I'm confident that hiring Integrous was the correct decision.Integrous estimated materials correctly, and the quality and efficiency of their work crew was superior.I was on the roof twice before the work, and twice since completion, so this assessment is based upon close inspection.

Keith from Integrous showed up on time and on schedule for his initial appraisal of our property. He was only one of two companies that did out of the 6 companies I contacted. Keith was very professional yet extremely likeable and curtious. Keith was also the only one of two companies to provide us a bid on all of the work. Keith helped me to work through the Insurance Co. process and procedures and made some sense out of everything. After the Insurance Co.and my mortgage co finished with the check, Keith was very helpful in making sure we could start the job quickly and complete quickly. His A/C guy was on time, quick, and very efficient. Keith's roofing crew showed up on time and was very good. They made every effort to protect our house and property and were very, very good and quick at completing the job in one day. The job was completed and was signed off on by the Town of Parker's building inspector with no problem.Keith, then, was able to help me complete the process with my Insurance Co and we are all good to go. I would highly recommend using Integrous for all of your roofing and restoration needs. And make sure Keith is the person you work with as he is great!
