John George was supposed to arrive on 6/14 between 11.30 and 12 noon. Arrived at 1.35 p.m. after my earlier phone call asking where he was. He apologized and said he was running way behind. He phoned later in week to say that he and a flat-roof expert would be out later in week to look at flat-roof before giving an estimate for the whole job.. Never heard a word from Intreguous since then. My beef with these roofing contractors is that if they don't want the job, just say so. John George left voice message on 7/16 and then stopped by house to say that he was sorry that we did not get the estimate. He went on vacation, thought he had sent it, but obviously did not. Apologized and said that this is not the way Integrous operates. I said that we had already accepted another company's bid, but appreciated the fact he acknowledged that he had dropped the ball and took the time to phone and visit to apologize. Would we ever use this company? Far more likely now than if we had never had a response.

What a pleasant surprise to finally find a roofer with professional standards, punctuality and a commitment to meeting their obligations. The Integrous team did what they said they would do, kept us apprised of their work progress and changes in scope. They policed the area better than I could have, handled themselves as the professionals that they are and left us with a beautiful roof. Most contractors could learn a great deal from the Integrous team on the proper way to run a business and provide first rate service. UPDATE They improperly hooked up the gutters. Which cost me alot to have the damage fixed.

Keith Jacobs was very responsive and professional. He walked me through the entire process. His team was very courteous and did a fabulous job on the roof and clean up.

On Wed 26 June I called Keith who said Salvador would call me within a day or two. On Sat 29 June I called Keith to get Salvador's phone. My wife had tied up my phone for long periods & I thought maybe Salvador gave up trying to call. Monday 1 July Salvador came out and gave an estimate. Later Monday I called Salvador and we agreed he would get here Tues between 2 and 3 PM to do the work. Tuesday He arrived with his 2 helpers at about 3:20 PM and started work immediately and finished around 5. They were an excellent team and work was very professional. I was pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company provided efficient, thorough and polite service.

John with Integrous was terrific. He was able to obtain very high quality shingles at a sharp discount due to a discontinuing product line. His crew was terrific. One of our skylights was accidentally broken during the installation of the roof. The crew foreman contact John immediately, who then called me immediately. Integrous replaced the glass at no cost to us. The reason that the roof had to be replaced was that the contractor who installed the replaced roof shingles 10 years ago, sold us cheap shingles that would not stand up to front range winds AND they installed the flashing around our chimney incorrectly resulting in roof leakage. "Buy nice or buy twice." If you look at ALL of the other Angie's List reviews, you will find all of them to be EXCELLENT. Call Integrous - don't pay twice like we did! Gordon and Tammy Hampton

I couldn't be happier with the work done. This is a professional outfit that knows the best and latest, and gets it done right. I couldn't be available to show the property and had to outline the project over the phone, but David did it all without me. Dollar for dollar, it was a good buy for me.

The provider was very thorough; he checked the roof slowly and methodically. He was able to identify a squirrel hole that I hadn't noticed. Very polite, followed up to make sure I have all my questions answered. Very knowledgeable about the roofing process.

I decided to replace rather than repair an old shake roof which meant I'd have to pay about 1/2 the cost out of pocket. Marvin Felty at Integrous provided the lowest of 4 bids -- not crazy low or suspiciously low, but meaningfully lower. Per my preference we handled everything via email and phone, and Marvin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The crew got the job done in a day. I found Integrous easy to work with and I'm satisfied with them in every way. They did everything they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it and at the agreed upon price. They also had the best bid on gutters which they'll replace after I have the house painted.

This company was very responsive and polite. Always on time and respectful. The workers arrived at 6:30 a.m and worked the entire day to get the job done. Very good job!!

They did a very good job. The company was quite professional and they were on time. They got the work time on schedule as promised. It was done really quickly and the supervisor didn't have to help, they just took care of it. They were the highest bid but we went with them just because we felt like we're getting a better product. I felt like you get what you paid for. They were quite expensive.

David was pleasant to work with. He knows his stuff and was able to pull a quote together fairly quickly. His knowledge and confidence regarding the issue was what sold us on his service. Other roofers were offering similar repairs at lower prices but without some guarantee that it would fix the problem. David stood firmly behind his work and provided more surety to us than the others. The work itself was a half day job with a half hour follow up to finish clean up and some silicone sealing around the chimney that he included in the project. The shingles match perfectly, the problem has been fixed to our satisfaction and we can only say positive things about David and his technical work.

HIGHLY recommend! I spoke with the owner, who was very nice and seemed to place a high value on honesty and customer service. He connected me with his gutter guy, Salvador Alcantar, who came and gave me a free estimate. He was very courteous, respectful, and kind. His price was less than I expected, and he said a team could come that same afternoon to do the repairs if I wanted to move forward. I said yes, and they arrived exactly when he said they would. The team worked quickly, they were very nice, and they did a great job. I will call Integrous first whenever I need roof or gutter work done!!

It went very well. David was awesome to deal with- very professional, and nice too. He also had a crew that took care of the gutters, and a beautiful chimney cap that he had constucted for us (which had to be installed with a crane).

Keith was very professional in his visit to make an estimate. He was complete and instilled confidence that he would do exactly what he said he would do. The price was competitive. David actually did the roof work and was also the epitome of professionalism--punctual, neat and thorough. We can't see all the work, but the part we can see from the ground is great. I would trust Integrous to work on my 92 year old mother's house without my getting involved at all.

I contacted Integrous Roofing based on their ratings here on Angie's. I wasn't sure if they were even the right kind of contactor for my issue, since I wasn't sure if there was a leak somewhere in my roof or water was getting in some other way and I only had a small water issue occassionally with very heavy rain. The person I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and arranged to have one of their service reps contact me for an appointment quickly. I was contacted by David, who was able to come out within a couple of days. David was very professional and polite. He took the time to climb on the roof and even into my attic to determine where the water was getting in. Turns out it was a corner seam of an attic vent and David even had taken digital pictures to show me the evidence of where it was coming from, tracing it with pictures to where I saw the water. David went back into the attic and caulked the area to prevent this from happening again. When I tried to pay him for his time, he wouldn't accept it only saying, "I wouldn't feel right about charging you for that.". He never tried to sell me a new roof or convince me there were any issues with my roof. In the future, if I ever have to replace a roof or have a home built, Integrous will be the roofing contractor I call.

They responded promptly with a visit and estimate, then scheduled the work. We contacted two other firms and Integrous was the most prompt in responding with an estimate. The work was completed on time and a very good result.

-- Keith was very prompt in all phases of contracting and scheduling and sent us details of what to expect and how to prepare for roofing day. -- On roofing day, the crew showed up at 7 am exactly as expected and got to work. -- Integrous does not use a dumpster - they use a trailer for hauling away debris so nothing is left in the driveway overnight. That said, my job was done the same day (and my house is has the largest roof area of the models in my neighborhood). -- The crew was done the same day. -- There was no trace that they'd been there other than a beautiful new roof on my house. -- We got some rain last night and the roof did its job. -- I have found no nails anywhere - Integrous put tarps all the way around the house to mitigate this common problem, plus they ran a magnetic roller. -- Integrous offers a 15-year warranty on their work so if I ever do find a problem they will come fix it. -- Keith talked to the HOA personally and also pulled the permit and scheduled the inspection. He also arranged with a subcontractor to have a gutter installed on a small problem eave that dripped and splashed a window. That work was done on time as promised too. Summary: We lived with our cedar shake monstrosity for 8 years. So I have been dealing with roofers and roof repairs every year or so during that time. There are lots of flakes and snakes out there. So for our big post-storm roof repair I turned to Angie's List. The fact that Keith Jacob's company had such an outstanding rating on A.L. and in my area said a lot to me. Everything about my experience with Integrous was positive and professional - and that a was so nice given my past experience with roofers. I highly recommend Integrous for their honesty, professionalism and workmanship.

Dave did a great job in troubleshooting the leak we had and letting me know what it would take to finish the job. He ordered the new skylight and installed it himself. I was very happy with the work.

Our sales and service rep John George was extremely responsive and even though we had snow in the forecast got us an estimate before anyone else could even get out here. We called 4 other companies, 2 of which never called us back and 2 that came out and gave us an estimate once the snow had cleared. Integrous's pricing was on par with the other quotes but with the 5% off coupon for Angie's List members it was an even better deal. The install was scheduled for the following week after we signed the contract and was just completed this afternoon. The crew was very quiet and spent a lot of extra time making sure they cleaned up all the nails and shingle pieces in our yard once the job was done. Cleanup was no small task either given that there is still some snow on the ground. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and the level of professionalism of everyone I encountered. So happy we went with Integrous instead of waiting around until June for one of the other companies we contacted.

Keith Jacob has done a good job. He is honest. The actual roof work was done with perfection. The reason I choose Keith Jacob’s Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc for roofing service is because he change my mind about stories about roofers that “roofers are notorious to be scam artist.” Keith was exactly the opposite and earned my respect and appreciation and that is the only time I have ever used it and probably wouldn’t be the only time. They are supportive especially the times my wife is going through something medically and later passed away and they knew what was happening and they did not give any problem. They were there to help together with my son-in-law ready her for the ambulance. They did a real good job. They were the least expensive. They were fast. You can trust them to take care of your property. He will be there to help.

From the initial phone call, through the estimate and completion of the work, they were up front and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, took a lot of time answering our many questions. He always replied promptly and politely. The work was done in one day, exactly as he had indicated, and the employees left the site clean. Also, our roof passed inspection on the first try. The price was exactly as quoted.

Keith Jacob, the owner of Integrous Roofing and Restoration, provided us a great experience. We got several estimates, but from the time Keith walked in our home, we knew he was an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor. Our situation was that the roof was deemed in need of replacement due to hail damage. We received initial information on the estimate to replace from our insurance company, but immediately upon inspection, Keith identified multiple issues with the adjuster's estimates - there were more layers of roofing than the adjuster found, the gutters were also damaged and needed to be replaced, and most of roof required additional sheeting to be up to current building codes. Keith answered all of our questions and concerns, and did all of the research on Englewood building codes to ensure that our new roof would be fully compliant, and provided the associated documentation to our insurance company. The job was done fast (1.5 days) and they did a great cleaning up. It is definitely worth noting that you don't always see the owner of the company actually on the site, and doing actual work on the roof! Not only did Keith personally return all of our phone calls (and promptly), but he stopped by the job probably 5-6 times in that 1.5 day span to make sure everything was going according to plan. He even put on his toolbelt and got on the roof to help his crew several times during our job. This last point struck us particularly - Keith really respects his crew and treat them well. Everyone on the job seemed very happy. When the job was done, Keith walked us around the house and garage showing us everything they had done, and took us up in the attic to show us how things looked from the underside. It was nice to have a contractor that's willing to explain all of the things they do on your house in a way that you can understand. Lastly, Keith's work continued after the job was done. We got a couple of questions from our insurance company that we did not know how to answer, and all it took was a quick call to Keith, and he dealt with them directly and got everything sorted out. We also had one standpipe on one of our roofs that was crooked after the job was done, and Keith came out personally, got up on the roof, figured out the problem, and fixed it the same afternoon. We just couldn't be happier with the quality and service we got from Keith. We sure hope we won't need another new roof on our house anytime soon, but we wouldn't have anyone but Keith do the work if we did. Thanks Keith.

Keith Jacob did my neighbor's roof. My husband and I watched while the workers redid the roof. They were quick, quiet, clean and did a wonderful job on the roof. We had to have our roof replaced and I did speak with other roofers as well as Keith. But when Keith came to my home he was on time, polite, informative and helpful on choosing what material would meet our HOA's requirements. We looked over the insurance estimate, Keith explained it better than the other companies and was willing to add gutter screens to the bid at no charge. When roofing day arrived, the workers were at our home at the time specified. I had to go to work so I left for the morning but came back around noon. The old roof was stripped off and the new roof was started. The crew was having lunch. There was discarded roofing material in the dumpster and on the deck BUT protective cloth covered the front of the house and the deck front and back. The material we requested was installed. I was back home after dark but I couldn't tell if the roof was done. The bin was gone, the cloths were gone, the yard was clean but I couldn't tell if the roof was done. I really expected it to take 2 days. So the next morning when it was light enough I went out into the yard and WOW!, the new roof was done. The shingles were well placed, the flow of the material looked really good and there was no trash from the roof in the yard. Even a week later when all the snow had melted I did not find any trash in the yard. Since I have 3 dog who love the backyard I was glad there were no nails or any other trash laying about. Another worker came by on Friday and installed the leaf guards on the gutter. Thank heavens! I won't have to haul out the 30 ft ladder to clean the gutters again. Thank you, Keitih for a pleasant experience getting our roof installed.
