Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc went out of there way to make sure the damage caused by the hail storm was promptly and professional repaired/replaced. They worked well with the insurance carrier, contractors and lien holder to make sure all parties interests were being upheld. If I had any questions about the estimate or process they were able to clearly explain to me what needed to be done and why in a timely manner. Not only would I recommend Intergrous to someone, I have.

AMAZING! I was in a panic because I had reached out to several roofing companies - all were telling me they scheduling 4 weeks out. Due to the tight timeline with the purchase, we needed to have the roof looked at within 4 days (including Saturday and Sunday)! Not only did Integrous Roofing respond quickly, but they found time to go inspect the roof for me before our deadline. David was beyond accomodating and professional, and he took care of some minor maintenance issues on the roof while he was at the property. Without a doubt, I will be recommending Integrous Roofing to anyone I know that has roofing needs! THANK YOU, David.

They were excellent, even though I didn't go with their bid. I was very comfortable with them. They were very very nice, very competent, and very good. I had a difficult time having to turn them down, but I had to make a choice. They were going with the price that the insurance company quoted, so they meet the price of the insurance company. They gave me the insurance company price. I would use their service in the future if I needed them, and they were competitive with whatever I needed. Definitely I would.

I am going to use them. We got some hail damage about two months ago. I interviewed a number of roofers and David White, the representative just bowled us over with his expertise, his professionalism, and his dedication. So, they will be doing the work come August. Basically, what they did was he had a drone and flew over the house. He actually got in a very tight attic and look at the attic area. None of the other companies went to that measures. Everything was meticulous. Because this is a Victorian 1880 house, he was very cognizant about our concerns that the integrity of our house be maintained. They are local. My husband and I met David White and we were both very impressed. With the price, he is dealing with the specifics. I only pay a thousand dollars and everything else, that is my deductible. He will be a little more expensive but the quality will be far superior. The estimate worked wonderfully. We choose them because I read the reviews and I was impressed. The name Integrous spoke to everything that they represent Integrity.

Everything was fixed and done in a professional manner. We are pleased!

Overall this was a very good experience but in this case it is important to note one key detail of the project. The roof was installed in December (not sure I would do this again) and soon thereafter we were hit with a powerful wind storm that immediately damaged our new roof. Jessica and Scott Hanevik handled our project and patiently worked us through a process of filing a claim with Owens-Corning (the shingle manufacturer). Although this claim process took some time and did not work out in our favor, Integrous stood behind their work and fixed the situation with no additional cost to us. We genuinely appreciate a company that stays true to their advertising giving us great peace of mind. It should be noted that the damage done was unfortunate but does not reflect on the quality of workmanship. The Integrous team did install the shingles effectively(actually going beyond the minimum requirements) which was noted by the claims adjuster as well. The quality of workmanship and the flexibility of the Integrous team to meet our needs is commendable. The installers worked quickly and left our home/yard in excellent shape. The follow on work for the gutters was also done very well (I think subcontracted) with appropriate degrees of caulking and flashing done to divert water to the gutters. We would hire this company again.

The folks at Integrous did an outstanding job. John was a pleasure to work with. Work was performed as stated, quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

excellent - complete tear down and repair within 2 days

I was in the inevitable position of being under contract to sell my house when a devastating hail storm struck. Keith met with the underwriter to confirm and cover the repair costs, then fast-tracked the repairs to have the entire job (including window replacement) completed ahead of closing! Keith a personally oversaw everything, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, work ethic, quality standards and integrity. i have no hesitation on recommending Integrous.

David from Integrous provided the most thorough estimate of all the companies quoted. There was no issue between them and insurance company so we were able to start the work immediately. They showed up on the scheduled date and completed the job in one day just like they planned. Two days later as scheduled the gutter replacement team arrived completing their work in one day. Throughout the process David kept me informed by sending details via text messages, emails, and phone calls as needed.

They came out when they said they would. They did the job within the estimate that was approved by my insurance. They did the job in one day and did an excellent job!

We all know there are a lot roofing companies out there. However if you need an HONEST and reputable company go no further than this company. They will tell you everything and make a recommendation rather than you need a new roof. Hence a great name for the company! Integrity!

I got 5 bids, and the pricing from Integrous was in the middle of the other bids. I told David that other companies had "repaired" the roof twice, but the roof was still leaking. (2 of the other companies didn't want to know about where the roof was leaking because they were going to replace all of the shingles anyway.) The crew started at 6:30am, and quietly began to remove the old shingles. I left before all the nailing started, and when I returned home, the roof was complete and there were no nails in my yard. the roof looks great, and the was approved by the City Inspector. David said they had to completely rebuild the area where I had the original leak, and that the problem was only evident after all of the shingles were removed. I feel confident that my roof will now keep my home and garage safe and dry. I've already referred Integrous roofing to family members that will be having their roofs replaced next spring.

Way better than I expected. John was able to find hail damage along with pinpointing the storms that likely caused it. This is something that several previous inspectors did not do, so I was able to claim much of the cost on my insurance. John was very professional, explained each step in the process and made the entire effort very easy for me. John was punctual, as well as the actual roofers and other contractors. Once they started, the entire project was done in a very timely manner. The roof looks great and is something I'm confident I will not have to worry about in the future.

The job was done on time and Keith Jacob is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, honest and a true professional.

Keith and his team were great working with the insurance folks due to the hail damage suffered earlier in the year. Everything was great and i would be happy to work with him again in the future!

No complaints whatsoever. Materials arrived but and we had to wait to have Windows installed. They were very nice to reschedule a later date to allow for window installation. Professional crew.

John George was excellent through out the process. The repair was done on 9.26.16 in one day. Juan the foreman showed up around 7:00 and worked with crew all day until done, all are very dedicated. The gutters were done on 9.30.16 and all work was excellently done on that day. I would like to comment on John George, because he said that this would be the best roof that I ever had on my house, and he was correct. Thank You John!

Friendly and knowledgeable, but we basically paid nearly $200 for 30 mins of fixing nail pops. We were told the leak we had was not repairable, which was our main concern. Review would be better had they said "we can't fix that" and refunded at least a portion of the deal.

Keith showed up when he promised, thoroughly inspected the roof for broken tiles, and a couple weeks later replaced all the broken tiles and damaged vents. During the repairs, his guys found more cracked tiles not damaged by hail and replaced those at no cost.

Excellent! Due to a severe hail storm there was lots to replace and repaint on my house. Integrous roofing and restoration took care of everything. They spoke to my insurance agent, arranged all the work to be done and explained it all to me step by step. It was nice to have one person to talk to and trust that he was taking care of everything. I am very happy with the work, all the work crews were professional and easy to work with and my house looks great.
