Description of Work: I needed to replace my roof. After talking with John several times he kept saying he would send a quote. I stopped asking and have never received that quote. I will never recommend these people.

Description of Work: Great company. You can find cheaper roofing, but you won't find better quality, reliability, and customer service. Project Manager David White was awesome, and took the time to explain options, schedule, and insurance implications every step of the way. Very professional from planning, to execution, and follow through. I highly recommend Integrous Roofing and Restoration.

Description of Work: Keith is very responsive and flexible- he returns calls within hours and changed his schedule to match ours on the estimate. ?We wanted to wait a couple of months before starting the work and he was great about that as well. ? Work started on time and was over as scheduled. ?The crew was fast and willing to come back to help with some extra clean up. ?Since we did not do a great job prepping the outside area for them, I was really grateful for that. ?I asked them to clean out some skylights and fix an outdoor light and they did so at first opportunity. Lots of roofers came by but Integrous was the ?most informative, and at explaining the why behind procedures and the process. ?The were great working with our insurance company.

Description of Work: After several interviews with roofing companies where quotes and details never seemed to match up, we were fortunate to find Keith and Integrous Roofing and Restoration. He was spit on with pricing and installation both of which Integrous fully delivered to our complete satisfaction. We had an excellent encounter with Keith and would recommend his company as having very ethical standards, high integrity, competitive pricing and quality delivery of a new roof on time.

Description of Work: An inspection for hail damage was done for Insurance purposes. He took pictures and gave us his report. Mark Gilliland was very thorough and explained all our options to us. Hail damage was found and an insurance inspector is coming to give us an appraisal this week. Mark did a great job!

Description of Work: Asked to have our roof looked at with special attention to an area that seemed to be problematic. John came out shortly after i contacted Integrous Roofing & Restoration. He went up on the roof and checked out our issues. Provided assurances that the roof itself was in good shape and the area of concern was more of a home repair issue that he talked us through how to address. Very professional

Description of Work: I called Integrous when another roofing company we were dealing with wasn't returning calls for work that needed to be done. I explained to them the situation and they were extremely nice and willing to help solve the issue. David came out to the house and performed another inspection, took photos, and gave me pricing for the work that needed to be done. We needed new pipe boots on 6 pipes. He performed the work as soon as they had an opening and it looks great. On a side note, David talked with us on two separate visits about other work we were looking to get done not related to roofing. He gave us recommendations and numbers for other people who could do the work. A pleasant experience.

Description of Work: I called Keith Jacobs and told him of a problem with our rain gutter leaking. He had Salvador Alcantar call me from S&A Seamless Gutters. Salvador was polite, reasonably priced, responsive, punctual and professional. He replaced a section of our gutter and it does not appear we will have further problems.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on our roof status before the winter.I had picked the company out from Angie's list.I was in contact with their representative within a day. John came by, looked at the roof and gave me an honest evaluation of its condition without trying to push me into doing unnecessary repairs.I was very impressed with their customer service. Although, at the present time I do no require their services, I will definitely call them when I do.
