Description of Work: I used this provider before. I called, emailed, and texted and the provider never respond to me. I am frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from the provider.

 + -1 moreRyan was accommodating, courteous and professional. More recently, I had to make a follow up phone call with him re: the work that was to be done, and he spent time on the phone with me. He returned my call and didn't rush me with my questions.
Description of Work: Ryan did a follow up to a general home inspection that was performed by a different company. The follow up inspection was regarding some "minor" heaving in the basement area of the house. His inspection included an examination of the poured concrete floor, the sump pump and the foundation walls. His fee included a written report, which we needed in our real estate negotiations. He also provided us with advice about how to handle the structural defects, as well as, advice on future home maintenance.
