It was great. They are Marvin Windows which are great. They measure to fit the window. Their installers wants to make sure everything is perfect. Their attention to detail is excellent. I recommend them to others.

I contacted Gravina's on 10/28 for a bid and was assured that I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I didn't, so I contacted Gravina's early the next week and scheduled a consultation on Friday @ 4:30pm. Mike Gravina called that afternoon and asked if I could meet earlier but I apologized I couldn't meet until our appointment time. He called back 30 minutes before our appointment and canceled. I called him back and requested he contact me with a new appointment. I have not received a call back to reschedule my canceled appointment. Very poor customer service. Needless to say, we'll be using someone else.

This was a wonderful experience. This family-run business has one awesome family! Each person we dealt with was professional, warm, friendly, respectful of us and our home, and listened to what we wanted. The price was high, but we chose the top-of-the-line product they offered. The garden window was lost for a few weeks, which is why we rated their punctuality lower, but things happen. It wasn't a deal breaker for us. I have already recommended Gravina Window Center and I will continue to do so. Great company!

After finding Gravina's Window Center at the Colorado Home Show, my husband and I decided to contact them for a quote to replace the windows in our entire house. Jim and his son arrived 20 minutes late to our house for the appointment. For 1.5 hours we talked about what we were looking for in our replacement windows and Jim took measurements. We were positively impressed with the product. They left. We never received a quote or follow up until 12 days later when the son (sorry I forgot his name) called to see how we had left things and asked if we were coming down to the showroom to talk more. I said I thought we had a pretty good grasp on the product and had shared what we wanted and that we would like a quote for the job. He had to check with his father, Jim. Jim called back and left a and lt;1min message that said if we had to have a cost it might be around $20,000 and there was other stuff we had to do and needed to come down to the showroom if we wanted any further details. I called back and left a message with Jim asking what further information they needed from us and could he please contact me with details. I never heard back from him. I expected more/better customer service (can I at least get a pleasant message saying thanks for the opportunity to bid or inviting us into your home or hey we want your business?) for a possible $20,000 job. That's a lot of money to us. For that kind of money I look for vendors that come highly recommended, follow up with a phone call within a week and at the very least produce a detailed quote as expected. Anything else is poor customer service in my opinion and is a possible harbinger of future work.

Placed a $3800 deposit on $7600 window installation in late November, 2013. As of March 1, 2014; we don't even have a date set for delivery or installation. Call backs NEVER happen as promised. I don't know if Gravina's is in financial distress, but this has all the signs of such.The windows we ordered were within the standard parameters for Marvin Infinity windows - nothing special. We were told delivery would be about 6 weeks. It has been more than twice that long and still not even a date. Payment was made by check which cleared right away - in other words there is no reason for this delay other than Gravina's themselves.

Salesman arrived on time and had a variety of products available. Quote seemed reasonable, but we ended up buying another product from another company (and probably paid way too much).

Couldn't have asked for better service. Never in my life have we had contractors arrive on time and do what was promised. Am very very pleased with the windows, the installers (Lonnie & Jeff. Thanks Guys) & quality of product and service. Kudos! Highly recommend these people.

Salesman was professional and explained product and answered all of my questions. He did followup on his estimate but I did purchase a different product.

- After receiving an estimate, the windows had to manufactured and shipped. To save on shipping, Gravina's waits until sufficient orders to fill a truck. That took about two months, which was not a problem, but we had to follow up a few times to get shipping and install dates. - I researched products for about six months before making a decision. I narrowed down the product choices down to Renewal by Andersen and the Infinity by Marvin. Both were much more expensive than vinyl. Windows and installation cost for these two options was comparable. I based my decision on durability reviews for Colorado front range weather...broad difference in heat and cold, high winds, etc. - Installation took several days because of the number of windows and the additional framing needed on the interior. The installers custom built furniture quality oak frames on the interior and installed new trim around all windows. Another team then came in and matched the stain to match the prior trim color (also matched the floorboard color). Work quality was excellent. - We have had the windows in for a year and are very happy with the performance and appearance of these new windows.

I first contacted Jim Gravina on 8/19/2013 to request a warranty replacement of a defective part on one of the sliding screen doors they had installed for me in June of 2005. He asked me to email a photo of the defective part to him, which I did that day. After two weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called to inquire what was going on and was told the part was on order. After waiting another two weeks and hearing nothing, I called again and was told by the person I spoke to that a message would be conveyed to Jim Gravina about my inquiry and that he would return my call. He never did call. On 9/23/2013 I called the manufacturer to try to get the part myself, a process that is still ongoing. The manufacturer told me they contacted Gravina's and told them to contact me. Gravina's never did. At this point, I still pursuing getting the part myself and doing the repair myself.

Jim and Mike Gravina were very responsive and professional. I love the new Marvin Infinity windows. Turnaround time was fast. The installer is a real pro. This is the second set of windows they've installed for us. We'll probably have them replace a few more next year, maybe a new door or two after that. I like that they are "no pressure", and so easy to work with.

I was very impressed. I did not expect them to install in mid winter. They were in and out in a couple of days - nice. They left no mess and even had someone come back out to check the work. If only all vendors would be as good as this family business was. i have had zero problems with the windows and thus had no need to contact them. It is much quieter in our house, we do not feel any draights down our necks anymore and they are very high quality, as well as pleasing to the eye. i highly recommend this company. They dont mess around and are competitive. So far what they have said is true. thanks guys. i will need more windows for our planned extension, i assure you that i will be calling you only. Mike Gravina took the time to answer my many questions and explain everything. He did all the measurements. Allen did the installation. Allen is a perfectionist. I am extremely happy with both the product and the work. The windows have the LowE that reflects heat in the summer and retains heat in the winter. The LowE gives a much clearer view as there is no glare to look through. My heating and AC bills are much lower. The house is much quieter as the outside noise has been greatly reduced. I love the way the bay window looks. It makes my small living room seem so much bigger. Winnette and Nikki mixed and stained the wood on the bay window as well as the interior wood frames that Allen installed. It matches perfectly with wood I already had in the house. It has been two year now and I am glad to say they survived over 15 inches of rain and hail that hit Aurora in a 3 day period! I am extremely happy with everything they did. The work was as promised and very professional. They cleaned up and hauled all the old windows away. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them.

The owner himself came out to measure the job and provide the estimate - a most friendly encounter. Right on time on the contracted date an installer arrived to remove/replace the door, weather seal the openings and haul away the old door assembly. A few days later a finisher came over to re-stain/repaint all interior and exterior surfaces to my satisfaction. The entire process was smooth as glass from start to finish. I would and have recommended them to neighbors and family.

We had no problems at all. We did walk-throughs after every project, and the Gravina's team corrected the few minor details that we identified (or they did themselves) the next day. The Gravina's work crews were diligent and finished on or ahead of schedule on each job. The price quoted ws less than their competition in most cases, and the qualty of work justifies the cost in every case. All work passed the city permit requirements. All their staff are friendly and trying to please their clients at every turn.

To: Jim Gravina We've been holding off writing a letter of thanks until we had our annual torrential downpour to test the new windows for leaks. I'm happy to say we went from a norm of 6 soaked beach towels per storm to not a single drop of water anywhere. The quality of the Marvin windows is excellent and I believe the quality of the installation and finishing were even better. You and your teams were great to work with throughout the replacement period. I'm a hard person to get to say that I'm happy about spending a fair amount of money, but in this case I have no question that it was well spent. Thanks for a job well done.

I have used Gravina's Window Center to replace all of the windows in my home. I am very impressed by the quality of the material (Infinity from Marvin Ultrex Fiberglass windows) and the installation done by their installers, very professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to have Jim help me with this project. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

When we hesitated on the window purchase, we were given a great incentive (free window upgrade) and did indeed sign. And we don't regret it. Love being able to open windows (our 30 year-old house has windows that even Hercules couldn't open!). Just wish we could have replaced all the windows. That's a future project!

Gravina's has been the best business/service provider we have ever had and we have remodeled most of our home. Their service is reliable, consistent, professional and timely. We have had them install/replace all our windows on two levels in our home and have ordered windows for our basement. Their employees/family are very good at what they do. Each installation has gone extremely well. Our neighbors have used them as well and have been very happy with them. We can't say enough good things about them, they are just great people and great window providers!

Mike Gravina came out to our location on 5/29/2013 to discuss what we wanted in a new entry door, measure up the job, and provide a quote. Since Gravina's had already installed replacement windows in half of our house last year -- a very good experience for us, and we already have three Therma-Tru entry doors with which we are well satisfied, there was no hesitation in committing to have Gravina's do this job for us. Mike told me it would take several weeks to get the door delivered ready to be installed. Jim Gravina sent me an email letting me know that his guys would be ready to install the door the next week. He asked what days would work for us to have the installation done. We agreed on 7/17/2013. The day before 7/17/2013, Jim contacted me by phone to let me know that the current job his crew was working on was going to take a day longer than planned, and could we push back the installation one day. I agreed. Allan and Dan arrived shortly after noon on 7/18/2013. Allan called me earlier that morning to let me know they were on their way from Littleton. We live about 90 minutes to the southwest from Littleton. It would have been excellent if we were told about when we could expect them to arrive the day the appointment was made. Allan and Dan were efficient, friendly, courteous and easy to work with. They made sure the door operated smoothly and sealed properly. Dan even did some caulking on one of our other doors where he noticed it was lacking. It took them about 3-1/2 hours to complete the installation. They cleaned up completely after the job was done. I painted the pre-primed door and frame myself.

Gravina's provides excellent customer service. They are extremely responsive, friendly and a wonderful group to work with. They have replaced over 30 windows at our 2 homes. Gravina's is not just about the Marvin windows (that we love) but the craftsmanship provided by their installers. We had custom trim installed to our design. Where many trades balk at anything out of the ordinary, Gravina's gladly built what we wanted and...with enthusiasm and a smile.

Work was done to perfection. I have been replacing windows at one a year, due to budget restraints. Gravina's is a family owned company that has been willing to work with me as money permits. They have been able to match the stain and have done excellent work on each install that has occurred. There is a long way to go on this window project, and look forward to continuing the working relationship in the future as I complete this project. Dr. Linda Sorenson

After we visited their showroom in Littleton, the Gravina's made an appointment to come to our house to discuss our needs and answer any questions. We ordered the door and when it arrived at their store, they called to set up an appointment for the installation. The installer arrived when promised and did a very professional install. After the installation, the painter called to make an appointment for staining the door, which went very well. We are very happy with the results, the door and sidelites look radically better than what we had, and the entire process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Gravina's Window Center to anyone wanting to replace an entry door.
