ght $10k of Marvin Infinity Windows in 2010; came w/Limited Lifetime warranty. Now the Ultrex Fibreglass frames are fading and discoloring and the weatherstripping is shredding and failing. Gravinas won't honor the Warranty and is slow and hard to communicate with - they have told us that " upper management at Marvin will have to decide" what gets done and who will do the work. Gravinas is not an ethical, or responsible, company and Jim Gravina is a poor business owner/manager! I recommend that no-one does business with Gravina's - if you do you'll be sorry if you ever have a problem or need help. On the other hand Lifetime Windows and Siding sells Marvin Windows and stands behind their products and customers; a MUCH better choice for anyone looking for replacement windows.

My encounter with Gravina Windows of Littleton's customer service, including salesman Jon Gravina, has been an absolute nightmare. Despite making a deposit several months ago, I have received no communication or updates from the company, despite my numerous phone calls, texts, and emails. This complete disregard for follow-up from both Jon Gravina and the company's owner's son is deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I am thoroughly disappointed with Gravina Windows of Littleton and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Review: My decision to trust Gravina Windows of Littleton, specifically salesman Jon Gravina, with my deposit has turned into a regrettable experience filled with frustration and disappointment. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jon Gravina and the company, including numerous phone calls, text messages, and emails, I have been met with silence and complete indifference. It appears that neither Jon Gravina nor the owner's son have any concern for their customers' time or satisfaction. Our windows were getting warped by the sun, so we selected Gravina's to replace them. We had decided to replace all the windows in the house in two phases, half this year and half next. The installation crew was very skilled and professional. They were also very understanding and flexible when we coincidentally had an electrical issue while they were installing the new windows. We were so pleased with the product and the installation that we decided to move up our timetable for the second phase. We ordered the second round of windows shortly after the first phase was completed and we are looking forward to completing the whole project. Thank you Gravina for such great products and services!

Gravina's Window Center of LIttleton installed a Marvin Infinity sliding glass door for me. They were professional, through and diligent in assuring that I was satisfied and happy with their work. I'm one of those homeowners who (admittedly) micro-manages and they did everything to my expectations, without any coaching from me! When I asked questions they gave me thorough and thoughtful answers. They helped me to make educated decisions and honored my input; I feel like all of the installation and product decisions were made based upon the best long-term outcome and based upon my current needs, supported by their professional input.

This job was done in 2 days. I had 3 large windows in my Living Room and Dining room that were aluminum and terrible on conserving energy. The Gravina's came to my house, took measurements and gave me a bid - and it was lower than 2 other Window companies and better products. Work was done as soon as the windows & door arrived. I want them back to put in a new door in my upstairs office - which means removing a window and replacing with a door to my new deck. I wish they built decks, because I need that also. They're a great Littleton company and I highly recommend them.

installation went very well and I was able to work in my office while work was being carried out. There was a minor issue with installation of one of the windows and the painters could not finish their job without the trim correction. One of the workers was sent out to correct the issue to everyone's satisfaction and the painters were able to return and finish up.

It was really pretty seamless. It took longer to get all the windows and the door from the factory than they originally expected but once everything was here, the teams worked hard to get the installation completed. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up as they went to avoid messes left behind. The entire company has been responsive and easy to work with. We went with the small grid screens and they are great. You don't even notice them in the windows. The windows are beautiful and the compliments we get from our friends and neighbors confirm that. I look forward to working with Gravina's for the other two exterior doors very soon.

Called, set an appt. On that day Jim Gravina, son(Josh) and daughter (Chrissy) were out together on an assignment so they all came by for my appointment. They reviewed the previous door that was broken in and offered a new security door that was much, much better. They had our door installed in a weeks time. They were caring and compassionate and very professional. They have a great product. We are very, very satisfied customer. Thank You

We had five companies give us estimates to replace half the windows (15) and two sliding doors in our home. Gravina's provided a very competitive quote. Their installation crew (led by Tyler) was extremely professional and impressive. Any time we had a question, Tyler stopped what he was doing and provided a thorough explanation. He also kept on top of his crew and made sure they were working throughout the entire time they were in our home. As an engineer, I was very impressed with Tyler's attention to detail and the quality of his work. As I painted both the inside and outside of our new windows/doors, I got to see the quality of the installation crew's work up close. Overall, we were very impressed. We did have a problem with one of our screens on the sliding door and are waiting for Gravina's to respond to make repairs.

Our house was built in 1984. We were feeling drafts in the house and decided it was time to for new windows. Our search started by determining the best window for our home. We used the internet, neighbors and home shows to gather information. After narrowing the search, we interviewed and received quotes from several companies. All the companies were professional and provided fair quotes. In the end, we decided on Gravina's of Littleton because of the experience and confidence we felt with them. We feel the Marvin windows are the best on the market for our needs. The prices were more than fair and the entire process made us want to do business with them in the future. The entire process was completed professionally and on schedule. There are always a few stumbling blocks and those were handled immediately and fairly. The word professional to describe our experience is important but a better word to describe it would be family. We felt that all of the people involved became part of our family. We would welcome anyone of the people involved to stop at our house and chat anytime they felt so moved!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all which was a nice change from others. The man who came to install the doors made it look easy, was very professional, and we felt comfortable with him in our home. Overall the whole experience was really good.

This was the best experience we have had with replacement windows (had a bad experience approx 7 years ago with a National company). The in-home sales presentation was very professional and informative, And no pressure. Price was competitive. Windows took about 8 weeks to be manufactured. However, the best part was the installation team. They were fantastic!. Timely, efficient, professional, informational, and friendly. Tyler and his crew were great. I would highly recommend Gravina's Window Center of Littleton.

From the sales staff to the owner to the installers, everybody was not only friendly and courteous but also knowledgeable concerning the product. installers did a very good job with the cleanup and we were asked a few times if we were happy with the windows. We are extremely happy with all of the windows that were installed.

The project went well throughout the entire process. Dave the onsite foreman was great to work with. Mr. Gravina, the company owner, came to our home to talk with us about their products initially and stayed in touch with us until the end of the project. Gravinas had better prices, better quality, and were more professional than another company that we also interviewed.

Project went on schedule from measuring each window, ordering and keeping us updated on when they would arrive. Worked with our schedule for install, carefully placed all windows in the garage and all their equipment needed for installation. The entire team arrived each day on time worked thru the day and cleaned up before they left for the day. Project took three days to complete, we especially love our new kitchen slideby window, the old window was hard to open, now we can open the window in the morning with ease and listen to the birds singing
