Excellent work.

They are very fast and responsive. They are courteous and they don't leave a mess in your house. They always clean up after themselves. Their pricing was competitive and I would recommend them to others.

I would say it went well overall. For spending so much money I kind of feel like they should have been in touch with me more than they were or have been. For example, I placed the order and heard nothing for a month. Once the month was up, I called and they said "the windows are in!" Maybe it was a coincidence that I happened to call right when they received my windows, who knows. During the project the owner, Jim Gravina, was in my neighborhood and called to see if he could come by. We were not home, but I felt like this was a nice touch and showed that they cared about my project. I called him back and he asked how things were going. Two installers were on site for three days. They left and...I haven't heard anything since. I kind of expected a follow up phone call. They did leave a survey for me to fill out, so maybe I will hear something after that. The two installers were very nice. They did well with our two cats and our toddler, and we felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in the house while we ran some errands. They were good about cleaning up after themselves, and other than the dust there was no garbage or trash left behind. I felt like they could have engaged in a little more "dust mitigation" but it ended up working out fine, just a lot of vacuuming as drywall dust is a pain. I would recommend this company and felt like I was dealing with a small, local company that cared about my project. Since this is what I was looking for, I am satisfied. They gave me a discount for finding them through the home and garden show, which was nice. The only other thing was that while they said they would get approval from my HOA before starting the project, I am not entirely sure that this happened. I gave the salesperson the information right after placing the order, and nobody said anything after that. My HOA can be tough, and it gave me piece of mind to know that Gravina's was going to take care of it. Now I am wondering if they did! No news is good news, so I am keeping my fingers crossed...

I consider them superior, courteous and very professional. I am very pleased with the work that has been performed. I would call them again if I ever need a window service again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
