Description of Work: I called them 3 times trying to get a quote for lawn work sprinkler care and snow removal. Each time I was told they would email me a quote and I never received a response.

Description of Work: Despite being listed as serving "all areas" on Angie's List and despite showing Centennial (where I live) on their own website as one of the areas they service, when I called to schedule my service, after wasting my time for 15-20 minutes taking down personal info that had already been supplied on Angie's List, they informed me they would NOT do the service because I did not live in their service area. I was told I would receive a refund. Thought that was the end of it. Today they called and left a message saying they can't cancel it, I have to do it (I assume here on Angie's List). Would have been nice if they'd told me that over a week ago! Now I have to waste more time trying to figure out how to cancel this "deal" so I can get my refund!

+ -1 moreThey did a great job on their initial visits to the house, but they seemed to lose steam after that. Specifically, they took and less and less time to do the work with each subsequent visit, and they didn't do the weeding on their last two trips. Thus, I discontinued their services.
Description of Work: They weeded and mowed the lawn on a bi-weekly basis.
