All of the techs were very helpful. They kept me informed as to where they were in the process and how much more time it would take. I was very pleased.

Chad serviced my swamp cooler today, and he was very efficient and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure to do a thorough and professional job. I have found my plumbing, heating and electric company.

I see that they are listed as expensive by other reviewers, but I had three estimates and Tipping Hat was the lowest and they were the only company to offer a warranty on their work. Amanda called almost immediately after completing my HomeAdvisor.com request to schedule an estimate for the several miscellaneous electrical tasks (installing new fixtures inside and out, installing dimmers, installing electrical for security cameras). Justin arrived to do the estimate and was personable and professional. Unfortunately, I got the flu and was delayed in scheduling our appointment, but Tipping Hat honored the estimate and promptly scheduled our installation appointment. Ben and Chad arrived and completed all of our tasks.

They are a little more expensive than a couple other options but their honesty and expertise made it worth the extra money for my project.

The tech was great. The furnace was 40 years and gave me some good advice.

Came on a Friday afternoon from another city to make sure my family had heat for our new home. Showed heart and shared expertise!

They came out right away to fix my disabled sister's heater. They found the furnace was cracked. They were able to replace the furnace the same day. I was impressed.

I had a problem with my furnace. The HVAC tech came on Halloween to fix it. It was a quick, easy fix, and they only charged me the appearance fee of $29. Now I have heat for the winter, and I'll definitely call them in the future.

Quick inatallation and effective followup. I wanted a basic furnace and they gave me a low price on it.

Very easy to work with, we plan to hire them again for more work.

This company far exceeded every expectation I had. Someone came out the very day I spoke with them about the project to give me an estimate, and they were able to start the project the very next day. The workmanship was top notch, and the support in the office just as good. Later on, they helped me with the rebate from Xcel and were always responsive and professional whenever I had a question or concern. I will use Tipping Hat for my A/C, heating and electrical needs hands down! It is a pleasure to find a company as committed to quality and service satisfaction as Tipping Hat!

I wish I would have been informed that the ventilation system needs to be cleaned before the furnance is cleaned.

Chad was incredible! So helpful, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. Unfortunately it means we need to have our furnace replaced, but Tipping Hat will be the team to do it!!!
