The service was great but I'm still waiting back for a invoice or any kind of documentation from the project. I've reached out to them and a lady did not pull it up for me, but hopefully they would get it resolved.

Joseph was on time and did a great job fixing the issue with our Swamp Cooler.

They did not do anything. They performed some tests, quoted me a fairly high price for a furnace, charged me $50 to provide the quote.

Based on a flawed , predatory business model. It is funny how a REPAIR so quickly Turned into an opportunity them for trying to sell me a furnace for $13,000 and 0% interest. The nice employees are duped in thinking that their business is great-? as it looks good With Slick advertising and brand new trucks and has good marketing, but they are charging way too much for the repair service and trying to sell you something you do not need. Another company came by and diagnosed completely different problems and said the repair was fixable (about $1500 at least something I could afford ) and the furnace should last another 8 to 10 years. Uhh.. I believe them. I am a Google local reviewer, and I give them the lowest rating possible.

Tipping hat is Awesome, I highly recommend them. I am so very happy with everything they did for me, plumbing, electrical & my furnace. A-#1 in my book!!

Overall excellent company Very knowledgeable

They overstated the damage and attempted to sell me a new unit for over $13,000. After looking at what they looked at, I replaced a burnt out capacitor and four wire connectors for under $20. The unit works as before now.

Informative and kind technician and hard working staff! It was a really great experience working with them, and I plan on using them again in the future for other home needs.

I selected a bundle that cleaned my furnace and AC. The work on the furnace was good, but I expected the professional to do a thorough cleaning of the AC unit and all he did was spray it with a hose. He also kept trying to sell me on maintenance packages. I had chosen tipping hat for the project because I used them in the past and they did a very thorough job and did not try to sell me anything.

I have had another company come and didnâ t fix the problem. Our repair man found and corrected it very fast then checked to make sure there wasnâ t any other problem. Was very thorough and not pushy.

Friendly, very courteous installers. Hard workers. Professionals. The price was very reasonable considering the time, the service, the equipment installed. Sent pictures of the crew and the condition of what was being replaced.

This company is the best I’ve ever had. Courteous, professional, competent personnel. Very pleased with the installation and the product.

I called them at 950 am in panic due to no heat and the technician was here 15 mins early for a noon appointment! Tyler was fantastic!!!! Explained everything gave recommendations and completed the work at a fair price!
