Tipping hat has talented employees that do safe, clean, and complete work! I highly recommend them! We are no longer cold in our house thanks to Mark J, and service pros Jeremy D and David B. Mark J. the supervisor on our furnace installation project was the first person we met from Tipping Hat. He is kind, understanding and respectful. He took time to thoroughly examine our complicated and difficult heating situation and was able to explain what needed to be done and why. All of our questions were promptly answered, he was always available for a phone call and put extra effort into creating a plan and setting up a team to get started on our project right away. Mark was considerate of our feelings, always reassuring us and promptly addressing all of our concerns. Jeremy D. Tipping Hat's Service Pro, provided extraordinary service during the installation of our new furnace! He is punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We were comfortable with him in our home, as he took great care installing our new thermostat and kindly showed us how to use it. Jeremy was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received exactly what we needed AND he saw to it that the work was up to code and done properly! We are so appreciative of his compassionate understanding of our situation and his prompt completion of a large, heavy duty job that required hours of hard labor. Tipping Hat's Service Pro, David B. was able to complete work on the installation of our furnace in some really tight spaces. He had to deal with a tiny, dirt crawl space underneath the house and was able to re-attach ducts to the vents in our home. He was positive, pleasant and hard working. I feel confident referring others to Jeremy D, David B, and their Supervisor, Mark J.

I recently needed a complete overhaul of our home's heating system - we had an old gravity style heater that was nearly 100 years old. Tipping Hat handled the entire replacement project from start to finish, including tearing out the old furnace, doing the asbestos remediation, running all new duct work, then installing the new furnace and central A/C. The entire process only took a week which was way less than we were expecting given the amount of work involved. I highly recommend Tipping Hat!

Communication, communication communication we had our entire HVAC and water heater replaced, we felt awful for the teams that were sent to our home, the lack of communication from the office was terrible.

The technician was very professional and knowledgable as well as prompt. He had to work on a 27 year old, in floor, radient heating system with an obsolete controller. He was able to figure out the problemv by trouble-shooting the system and tried to make the system controller work to keep my cost down. As it turned out that didn't work so he had to chase down and install a new controller that's now working fine.

AC and Furnace replacement done well!. The sticker shock was...a shock. But we researched and spoke with friends in the neighborhood and in other parts of Denver Metro and Tipping Hat was a good price. They did a great job with great customer service.

Had a lot of communication issues. Lack of updates on scheduling. The installers were great as were the sub contractors. The administrative side of the business was sub par. Things got straightened out but only after we complained.

I was very happy with Tipping Hat's service and will use them for ongoing projects (plumbing and electrical).
