I hired Tipping Hat to originally install a new kitchen faucet. In the process of doing that, they discovered that the feed-pipes from the crawlspace needed to be replaced because they were old and corroding. They took the time to explain the required work to me and asked for my approval before doing the work. They accomplished everything in just a couple hours. Meanwhile they also discovered the main shutoff in the crawlspace was bad, and came back when I asked them to repair that as well. All in all, very happy with their service.

The job was a little more money than I expected but they explained everything to me on how the fee was calculated.
