My overall experience with Tipping Hat was great! Kodiak was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was a slightly tricky job, because it required working around another job with another company who was repairing a retaining wall behind where my new furnace would go. Jordan did a great job installing my furnace, and the whole team (Roman, Kyle, Remington, and Chris) were absolute pros. Elizabeth was great helping with with my financing. There was a little trouble with my new furnace at first... a slight mistake that no one could have foreseen or expected, but Kodiak and Jordan took care of it right away. Tipping Hat was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. What I value most is the high level of professionalism, integrity, and the above and beyond service they provided. Had a repair done on our Boiler recently by Tipping Hat. Upon inspecting our radiant floor heating system and associated Boiler they recommended that we replace pretty much everything except the pipes running water through the floors. Quoted us 26k for this. Would not provide an itemized quote despite this being extremely expensive. Had them do a repair for which they also wouldn?t provide an itemized quote. Techs were friendly and professional and our Boiler is working now, I just can?t in good consciousness give these guys a good review. I?ve never had an issue getting itemized info from other contractors in the past - really makes it feel like they are trying to scam you.

I would not recommend this company to preform any installation regarding a furnace. My furnace has only been installed for 35 days. I have already noticed rust on the brand-new furnace. The furnace is not heating the residence as it should. Currently, in the middle of winter, the thermostat and furnace will not heat the house over 63 degrees! The thermostat is also displaying a fault that reads: Blower Fault-Motor cannot run. I have contacted Tipping Hat twice already due to the air filters being stuck inside the furnace. These issues should not be happening on a brand-new installation. If you value your time and money look elsewhere!

Like any plumbing job today, the cost of installation is rough two or three times the cost of the item. This is a product of shortages of skilled help and there is little to be done. If you want it done particularly with any speed you will pay these prices. The cost of a water heater installed is three times what it was only ten years ago.
