Good Stuff. Professional and prompt!

I had a problem with my furnace. The HVAC tech came on Halloween to fix it. It was a quick, easy fix, and they only charged me the appearance fee of $29. Now I have heat for the winter, and I'll definitely call them in the future.

Quick inatallation and effective followup. I wanted a basic furnace and they gave me a low price on it.

Very easy to work with, we plan to hire them again for more work.

This company far exceeded every expectation I had. Someone came out the very day I spoke with them about the project to give me an estimate, and they were able to start the project the very next day. The workmanship was top notch, and the support in the office just as good. Later on, they helped me with the rebate from Xcel and were always responsive and professional whenever I had a question or concern. I will use Tipping Hat for my A/C, heating and electrical needs hands down! It is a pleasure to find a company as committed to quality and service satisfaction as Tipping Hat!

I wish I would have been informed that the ventilation system needs to be cleaned before the furnance is cleaned.

Tech let me know my furnace was unfortunately installed incorrectly by the previous company/homeowner, but gave advice on how to keep it working as long as possible. When it comes time to replace, I will definitely consider this company as an option thanks to their help.

Amanda and Jessica kept us informed every step of the way, Micheal did a great job managing the project, Mark and his partner completed the electrical panel upgrade as requested, on time, and delivered on every promise made. Bryce and John installed the AC unit and Furnace likewise as requested, and on time. Micheal then followed up with us to ensure complete satisfaction. Micheal stopped in to ensure the worksite was cleaned up and that all work was completed as promised. The completed the work exceeded my expectations, but was clearly standard practice for Micheal and Tipping Hat.

They didn't have to do any work in the end, but didn't have a call out charge. Were very polite and helpful. Thanks!

Chad was here on time and figured out the problem in only a few minutes. He left, picked up the part and I now have heat again. Great service.

Unfortunately, they could not correct my problem. However, they were very professional and give me explicit guidance on how to get my problem resolved. The advise was accurate and my problem is now resolved.
