Good work. The installers were very professional. The only issue i had, they committed to a time frame from 8:30 - 9:00am and didn't show up until almost 10, without a call. I called in to see if there was an issue or update.

I truly hate spending loads of money and this is no exception. However, the cost I was given and the package as a whole is well worth the cost. Mark provided excellent information, did an evaluation and presented me with options. The BEST part---NO UP SALE....he did not try and sell me extra or more than the house needed. The finance plan is surprising to say the least and not overly hard on the pocket book <than 200 a month.

I got 3 estimates for replacing our furnace. Tipping Hat had the lowest estimate and the process was very easy. It was scheduled for installation and the furnace was installed in about 1 week. The technicians were excellent. They did the job quickly, were very friendly, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the mess. I was very happy with my experience with Tipping Hat.

Tipping Hat's Service Pro, David B. was able to complete work on the installation of our furnace in some really tight spaces. He had to deal with a tiny, dirt crawl space underneath the house and was able to re-attach ducts to the vents in our home. He was positive, pleasant and hard working. I recently needed a complete overhaul of our home's heating system - we had an old gravity style heater that was nearly 100 years old. Tipping Hat handled the entire replacement project from start to finish, including tearing out the old furnace, doing the asbestos remediation, running all new duct work, then installing the new furnace and central A/C. The entire process only took a week which was way less than we were expecting given the amount of work involved. I highly recommend Tipping Hat!

Communication, communication communication we had our entire HVAC and water heater replaced, we felt awful for the teams that were sent to our home, the lack of communication from the office was terrible.

The technician was very professional and knowledgable as well as prompt. He had to work on a 27 year old, in floor, radient heating system with an obsolete controller. He was able to figure out the problemv by trouble-shooting the system and tried to make the system controller work to keep my cost down. As it turned out that didn't work so he had to chase down and install a new controller that's now working fine.
