Our heater was malfunctioning

Plumber was professional, polite, and excellent. Price is outrageous. $600 for 1 hour, which includes a few Inexpensive parts. I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new toilet and have it replaced. I proxies it out: would have cost me $300-400 for a new toilet including installation. I’ll definitely do that next time.

I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part. He gave me great general advice about my sink and pipes, worked quickly and efficiently, and EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I appreciate that I was given updates about his exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and they also gave online personal information and a PICTURE of the repairman coming to my house. It made me feel very comfortable to have been given this information and I appreciated the concern the company showed for MY PERSONAL SAFETY. I have never received that kind of information from any other business coming to my home and it was very much appreciated. I will certainly call HEART again for future repairs. Great! I was able to get an appointment quickly. And we didn't feel like they were just looking to find problems and tell us we needed a new furnace.

The technician, Ben Douthwaite, arrived within the time frame. He gave useful advice without trying to sell me unneeded services. He spent the time needed to assess my needs and let me know the best options for them.

Excellent consulting and service done. Very impressed with Technician Ben Douthwaite's prompt arrival on a Sunday afternoon, looked up the unit and gave his recommendation on what needed to be done. Would absolutely hire them again for future work. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

The installation was done in one day. It went very smoothly. Mike, the technician, was professional, neat, and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Heart to anyone who wants a professional and trustworthy company to do work in their home.

Of course, our furnace went out over one of the coldest nights in April. I called several other companies getting zero response. A friend recommended Heart Heating & Cooling. Mike arrived within a few hours of my call, he was courteous, and professional. Booties were applied before coming in our home. He looked over our furnace and explained what the issue was, and even waited patiently while I called my dad, a retired HVAC guy himself, to get his opinion. Mike fixed our furnace, cleaned up after himself, and was out the door in a little over an hour. It's such a refreshing experience when a true professional comes to my door ready to serve. I will certainly call Heart Heating & Cooling again if something goes awry again.
