I was 30 min ETA which is better than getting 4 hour window. The guy showed up and was very professional. My carpet looks really great.. I will surely be calling them again.

We have had nothing but negative reviews from potentional buyers since putting our house on the market. We have ferrets and potential buyers could smell them throughout the house. We had a family come see our house last night after the carpets were cleaned and it's the first time we had no feedback about the smell. Every person who has seen it prior to the carpets being cleaned said it stunk. Highly recommend if you have pets and carpet.

My daughter was moving into a five bedroom rental for the new school year. She has allergies and asthma so I'm always concerned about allergens. The house was carpeted and it was obvious that smokers and pets had been in the house. I wanted the carpets cleaned, sanitized, and treated with enzymes for the odor. My daughter and roommated needed to move in so I needed someone fast. Called 1st resort, they came out the next day and did a great job. They tpok care of the carpets on first floor and basement, including stairs in-between.

Alex showed-up on time. He requested a walk-through of the rooms requiring carpet cleaning. After the walk-through, Alex provided a detailed estimate of the services to be performed. He did a very thorough and excellant quality job. I would not hesitate in using 1st Resort Carpet Cleaning again.

Corey and Tony are great - 1st resort has cleaned our carpets 4 or 5 times the last few years and they are always friendly, punctual, reliable as their prices are very fair. I requested Corey to do our carpets at our new home because he did such a great job with our move out. I’d recommend them to anyway (and have!).

Technician Corey called at the promised time and arrived on schedule . He is very polite and very helpful and uncomplaining when asked to move furniture around when necessary . It is obvious he takes pride in his job which resulted in a very clean finished product ( fitted carpet ) , and i recommend him

Carpet thoroughly cleaned and protected. Technician was friendly and professional.

I have used Tony and his crews for carpet cleaning almost a dozen times between home remodel clean up and my personal home. The guys doing the work are always courteous, communicative and on time. They have surprised me with what they have been able to get out of carpet on some of my construction si they have surprised me with what stains they have been able fully remove from carpets on some of my job sites. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

We had one technician, Alex, to do the carpet, tile, and air ducts in an empty rental property. It was a big job for one guy but we are very satisfied with the work and the pricing. We'll be using 1st Resort again the next time we need carpet, tile or air ducts cleaned.

The worker was very Professional and kind and prompt with scheduling me in. Introduced himself looked at what was need to be done and went straight to work. He was careful with my furniture and belongings and swift with the work. No hassle at all and I plan on saving and reusing there number. I’ll always use 1st Resort from now on.

Tony and his team did amazing work for me both times I hired them. My carpet was covered with pet spots and stains and they were able to get them all out and eliminate the smell too. They also charged me less than anyone else I contacted! I will be using them again and again!

Tony and his crew have been taking care of our carpet cleaning needs for over 10 years. I cannot say enough about his business, when he first started with us he was working for a company and we always requested Tony. After a few years he started his own business which has been thriving for several years now and no professionalism was lost, only gained when he went on his own!! Always does a great job, always professional & takes a lot of pride in his work , making sure that your home was left in perfect condition. If there ever was a problem or concern I know that he would take care of it right away to make it right -although we’ve never had a problem!! He also takes care of a lot of my friends they have nothing but great feedback!!

Amazing! From the moment I called I felt like I was being taken care of, not sold. The owner is who answered the phone that day. He set me up with clear expectations of the services to be performed. When to expect his employee etc. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best quality service, at a competitive price. I have used many cleaners over the years from coupons. Spend a couple extra dollars, it’s so worth it!!! I will never use anyone else.
