Tim was great! He explained the whole process before he began and even left us with some enzymes to spray before bedtime as we have a toddler and it will give it a chance to dry. It smells amazing and the couch looks awesome! Thank you so much!!

Great communication via email and text by owner/manager prior to appt. Service member, Tim also texted his ETA. Excellent consultation by Tim before he removed pet stains as to exactly what he would do to remove stains from carpet and pad. Clear explanation of when and how to return furniture to room to prevent wood or metal stains. I will use !st Resort again and refer this company to my friends.

I got on the schedule quickly (needed cleaning ahead of guests visiting) and the tech was cordial, fast and efficient. I am sure I'll be using 1st Resort again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! If I could give a 10 Star Rating, I would. First of all, the upfront service was FANTASTIC! I spoke to Tony the owner on a Saturday evening after 9 p.m. Tony was able to give me a set date/time for an appt. during our first phone call. I had to reschedule last minute which was not cool for them, but Tony gave me a "mulligan" and handled it with class and grace. Yesterday 03/27 was my appointment. Tim who is the Lead Technician came to my home. I was embarrassed at how my living room carpet looked. I had spilled a glass with POM juice about 2 months ago on light beige carpeting. After I had moved my area rug covering the middle of the floor, I saw a lot of other red spots as well. Red anything is the HARDEST to get out of carpeting, and especially when beige. I loved that neither Tony nor Tim promised they could get the red out but would do their best. Their best certainly MAJORLY EXCEEDED my expectations. ALL THE RED came out after Tim worked his miracles. He explained all the steps he was going to take as he went along. I WISH I had taken Before & After pics to share with you. Trust me it was a hot mess before Tim started. This company is the real deal...their service backs up what they tell you and the quality was beyond what I would have fathomed. Lastly, they do not nickel/dime you for every thing they are adding, etc. to use what they think is best for the job unlike other companies like ZeroRez! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Missy

Tim was on time, very professional, and did a great job. My carpets and furniture are super clean now, he was even able to remove a stubborn spot in one of my favorite chairs.

BEST CARPET CLEANER WE'VE EVER WORKED WITH. We first met Tony and 1st Resort Carpet Cleaning after a construction worker broke a in pipe and flooded our basement. Tony and his crew were there within minutes of getting the call. They did outstanding remediation work. After that, we had him clean our carpets and upholstery regularly. We sold our house and moved to an apartment. When Tony said they wouldn't be able to clean our 3rd floor apartment, I asked if he could recommend a stain remover. Not only did he make a recommendation, he took time out of his busy day to drive some over. I give Tony and 1st Resort my highest recommendation. Spread the word!

Tim and not sure of the helper name but they were both very nice and very thorough would definitely recommend and we will definitely be calling back when we are in need again. I did have to switch appointment a few times, and they were very. Accommodating and we’re able to get me in two weeks earlier than needed. Thank you again for the great service
