1st Resort Carpet Cleaning

Tony did a great job. He cleaned my "traffic trail" super well, which the cleaning I got last year didn't do.

Tony the owner was so honorable. I asked if they would honor my AARP membership and he did. Alex who came to clean the carpets this morning was punctual and very professional. Alex explained to me what he was doing and was in and out within an hour, even with the water main break somewhere in the area, he had a backup plan all ready to execute. The service and price were exceptional. Unfortunately after all was cleaned and dry the carpets actually looked worse than before they were cleaned. I was on a tight deadline to vacate and was able to fix them by cleaning them with my personal carpet cleaner. I did not have a chance to contact the company, so I'm not sure how they would of rectified the problem. It basically appeared all the dirt was pulled to the surface of the carpets but not actually cleaned since I was able to clean them afterwards. I would definitely try the company again, the service was great and so was the price, just not happy with the cleaning itself.

I had 5 room basement done. Was concerned about some ground in black tar in one spot. The tech guy Alex was polite and told me no problem. I was hesitant but when done the carpet was spotless! Smelled good too. Will recommend their services

It went well. The Carpet Cleaning Associate did a thorough job and was quick. The carpet looked like new again.

I contacted multiple different services and on the same day 1st Resort responded back to me about an hour later, despite it being 10pm. I talked with them on the phone and explained my situation, and they listened and were very professional. I set an appointment for the day after during that first phone call, and they told me what to expect to happen the next day. I was even given a discount price because I only needed one small room in the house cleaned. The next day, the cleaner arrived fast and early between the time frame expected for his arrival. He was in and out done cleaning the room in just over 30 minutes, and the result was fantastic! Not a stain in sight and the room smelled fresh and new! If you have pets who may have had accidents or have an odor to them, hire 1st Resort. Their cleaners get all of it out. Everyone was so personable and professional and their work speaks for itself. 10/10, I would absolutely hire them again!

Excellent! I have used 1st resort for many years. I have several rental properties and they always do a great job for a fair price. Vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. Today they did carpets and vents in my own home. Alex was able to even remove several pet stains. I always know I can trust their work! Thank you

Technicians were on time and very professional. The quality of work was excellent! The crew was able to get out some hard to remove stains that other Carpet Cleaning companies couldn’t get out! Price over the phone, that the owner Tony quoted, was exactly what I was charged. I Definitely will be using this company in the future!

1st resort done an amazing job on our carpet. We got a puppy about six months ago. After potty training him we had to have carpets cleaned. 1st resort is second to none
