Gary and his team were professional and on time. Phone calls were returned promptly and all of our questions were answered. From the initial inspection and quote to the completed job, we were always pleased with the service we received. Gary is not only professional but he is a great guy and gives back to our community.

Couldn't have gone better. Crews worked around the frost and even shoveled the snow off the roof prior to installation so it was ready to go. Took them 2 days to get it all done. Gary Nickel worked with my insurance company and kept me informed from start to finish. We highly recommend them.

When I first spoke with Gary, Scott’s representative, and he assured me that the new roof installation would only take two days, I was skeptical to say the least. How could a roofing contractor possible come in and remove the old shingles and replace them in two days considering the enormous size of my roof? A break in the weather forecasted two days of warm Colorado sunshine and the job was on. Scott’s employees showed nothing but professionalism from the start of the job right through the follow up with Gary. Workers arrived on time as promised and went right to work. Tarps were put down around the house and OSHA regulations were followed for the safety of the workers. By day’s end, the exiting roof was stripped of all old material and the roof was prepped for the install of new material. By the end of the second day a pristine new roof had been installed, all traces of construction debris had been removed, and only a very happy customer remained. The next day a representative from Scott’s dropped by to do a walk around and picked up even the smallest debris and ran a magnet over the entire perimeter of the house to pick up any loose nails. Later that afternoon, Gary stopped by to go over the warranty and answer any questions my wife and I had. Can’t say in words how pleased I am with this installation and the professional manner in which Scott’s did this job. If I was a company owner, this is the kind of work ethic I would love to see in my employees! Well done Scott’s!

We've had a lot of work done and so somehow I did not quite understand that Scott's Roofing was kind of like a general contractor and they get other companies to do their roofing work. So, they had another company come in and they were a hardworking group of people and I would give them a high grade. With Scott's Roofing, the fellow that runs the company under Scott's Roofing. there were just a lot of things that go between the cracks so we ended up getting a good job. I felt like I had to babysit the whole process and there apparently needs to be a mid roofing inspection and he didn't call for the mid roofing inspection. Then when it came time for the ridge inspectors to come they had to tell the roofing company to come and tear out part of the roof so they could see how it was done. I had to continually bug the owner and I hadn't even paid him and I had to continually bug him to make sure everything was getting done and payment and all of that. He is a nice enough guy and it's just that I had to work really hard. It was complicated and while the job was done well it wasn't really because of Scott's Roofing. They subcontracted which I hadn't realized. One of the other things that he helped us with was that when we started getting bids he said we should call our insurance company because of the roof damage. So, we got the roof and gutters for free. He did some good things for us in terms of suggesting that we call the insurance company and get somebody out to really take a look at it and they did and we got $31,000 worth of work done for basically free. The roofers were great. The owner could have been more responsive to my calls.

The contractor, believe it was Scott, came out within a couple days of requesting a roof replacement estimate. After the site visit was told an estimate would be provided within a few business days. Called back 3 times after the few business days passed to get the estimate, and unfortunately, the contractor never got back to me, nor ever provided an estimate. Based on the poor responsiveness, and lack of professionalism in responding, I can't imagine what the actual roofing installation work would be like. Would not use this contractor.

All aspects were excellent in a more complex job than just roof replacement. Additionally, he helped navigate claim through insurance adjuster review, and was present during that inspection.

Excellent! Gary met with the insurance adjuster, was very easy to deal with, and came through with what he promised. Roof was done in one day and the crew was excellent. There was a small problem with a problematic area over the front porch but he took care of it promptly. Always a good test of a company is what do they do when there's a problem and they came through great. Highly recommend!

It was great! Gary was wonderful and there with me every step of the way and available for any questions I had. The service was fantastic and he was honest and gave me great suggestions. I had filed a claim with my insurance company and his team was very professional. They worked with my insurance company to ensure all needs were met and up to code along with appropriate upgrades. The roof looks wonderful and I am very pleased with the results. Overall I would highly recommend Scott's Roofing, Gary and his team. I will continue to use him for future needs and you should too!

I was pleased with the work that Scott's Roofing did. They were recommended to me by my insurance agent and were very helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. They were very quick when doing the actual roof and they completed the entire re-roofing process in one day. Travis paid a lot of attention to detail which I appreciated. They were very courteous and helpful - I had never done a project like this through insurance and they helped make the process pretty painless.

Gary is very knowledgeable. Prior to getting into the roofing business he as an insurance adjuster for 12 years. After looking at the roof he was confident in saying that it needed to be replaced. He even offered to meet the seller's insurance adjuster at the property to make sure they recognized the significance of the damage. In the end the seller didn't offer us enough money to pay someone else to repair the roof, but if they had we would have certainly gone with Gary and his team at Scott's Roofing. Not only was he very accessible, but his quote was extremely competitive.

Response time was amazing! They came out right away, evaluated the situation, and was so honest and ethical! We didn't need to replace the entire roof and I was so grateful for their honesty. I won't use any other roofing company when we have to replace the roof!

Very well. Gary was able to meet quickly with the insurance adjuster, and once the insurance company approved they were able to make it happen fast. Their crew also worked an extra long day so it could be done and over with, as I had a tight timeline due to selling my home. I appreciated the effort to include extras that make the roof last, despite them costing a little more. Great advice, great attitude, wonderful and prompt.

Gary (the owner) worked with us to pick out shingles, and colors that would best work on our homes. He also worked with our insurance companies, and the city building officials to make sure that the replacements were completed better than standard, and took all the middle man work out. He was even able to replace all of the decking on one of the houses due to hail damage, and the insurance company covered it all (less our deductible).

The company was prompt and responsive. We have had no further issues with the roof. We would definitely recommend Scott's roofing.

Love my new roof. Gary Nickel and his staff at Scott's Roofing did a great job on our roof. Very professional, keep a clean job site, and finished on schedule. Gary also worked with our insurance adjuster and our insurance company. Big help having him there when the adjuster was assessing our roof. When they finished there was no mess and left my place as clean as it was when they arrived. Highly recommended.

I don't typically write reviews, however, this is an easy one. After one phone-call to Gary at Scott's Roofing, he met with our insurance adjuster and from there the process was a simple one. Additionally, I am sure that Gary's presence at our home inspection made for a lower "out of pocket" expense. His crew was fast and in just under two days, we had a new roof. Great job!

Work was done in a timely and professional manner by careful and courteous workers who kept the work site picked up. Any problems were addressed immediately.

The work was done perfectly. It was a difficult to install roofing on the very steep roof. They did an amazing job... it was wonderful, the workers were polite and they left the job site in great shape. Very much worth the price.... which has competitive. I called them on the recommendation of a friend who was also thrilled with Scott's roofing service.

These guys were unbelievable - on day one they showed up at first light and attacked the house with about 15 guys. Our house is large - over 7000 sq ft -with severe pitches to the roof - not an easy roof to replace. But - it was no problem for these guys - they knew exactly what they were doing - organized and safe with safety harnesses and proper procedures. They had the old composite roof completely stripped off the first day and had already started putting down new roof material. On day two - more of the same - a big crew completely in sync - finished putting new roof down. Day three was finishing minor work and completely cleaning up job site. These guys were done in two and a half days - never seen anything like it. Completely professional, beautiful roof and excellent to work with - as good an experience as we've had in many years dealing with contractors. Roof has been on for about 9 months now - no leaks or issues whatsoever. Final price was what the bid was -no add-ons or change orders - even though we asked them to do a couple of minor extra items like paint vents and put on some additional flashing. A great job start to finish.

I had a hail storm roll througha few months ago, I am an insurance professional so I never want to file a claim that will have a 0 payout as too many will effect insurance premiums. I called Gary the owner of Scott's and asked him to check if I had hail damage worth a hail claim prior to actually filing the claim. They came out looked at my roof and said they didn't think the damage was great enough to risk a 0 pay out claim, I was told what to look for (minimum of quarter sized hail) that usually causes damage. Fast forward a few months another storm rolls in this time with much larger hail stones. I called Gary up again, he came out to look and said there was more then enough damage this time to justify a claim. I filed a claim and it was approved. The thing I appreciated the most about Scott's roofing was the fact that they were honest about the damage and didn't suggest I file a claim until one was actually needed. The roof was just installed and it looks amazing, the crew was professional and extremely fast. They stripped my old roof and put on the new one all in 1 day! I hear nightmares from clients and neighbors with nails and trash that get left behind from other roofers so I was expecting a mine field of nails in my yard. I have not found a single nail!!! eccellent company, excellent people, excellent service. i highly recommend Scott's Roofing!
