It wen extraordinarily well! They made it easy for me to get the work done - worked directly with my insurance, were very responsive, came and finished on time! Plus they are super-nice ;)

I had several rental properties re-roofed, as well as my home. This was by far the best roofing company I've used to date. They were easy to work with, organized, showed up on time, worked well with insurance, and the workmanship was excellent. Denny Phillips was our contact and did a great job.

My interaction with Scott's Roofing was totally painless. They took care of all the insurance hassles, quickly and efficiently replaced the roof, and did a great job cleaning up. They are a well run company.

I had 3 properties in Lafayette and Louisville (2 rentals plus my residence) that sustained a total roof loss this summer due to a massive hail storm. Denny Phillips and Scott's roofing guided me through the process and took care of everything including working with my insurance company. They also dealt directly with my solar company to have my solar panels removed and replaced after the roofing work was done. I never had to worry. They replaced all three roofs and gutters and did an excellent job. I can confidently recommend Denny and the Scott's roofing team.

Scott's Roofing was awesome! The project manager/consultant was extremely organized and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing and dealing with the insurance company, so professional and considerate. No nonsense, fixed issues that other roofing companies prior to them had not addressed. Listened to us and gave solutions to concerns long before any work was started. The roofers were excellent as well. They were so methodical in their processes that they had our roof done in 2 days while everyone else in our neighborhood was putting up with 1-3 weeks for replacement roofs. When they removed the damaged roof, they brought piles to the front of the house where the dumpster was and threw everything in there instead of dropping roofing all over the yard and then having to go pick it up and put it in the dumpster, thus saving time and not creating messes. Brilliant! Left NO messes whatsoever in our yard. The finished roof was excellent.

Everything went very smoothly. We very much appreciated Gary's willingness to help us negotiate the roof replacement with our insurance company. He and his team were so easy to work with! They were highly professional, reliable, and skilled.

The entire process was quick and painless. They had many color options to choose from and offered the higher level impact-resistant shingles, which is important in Colorado. J.R. and his team were able to get the work done in a very timely fashion (just one day!) and left the perimeter around the house very clean. I would absolutely use Scott's roofing again in the future!

It went very well - Gary Nickell inspected our roof and explained in great detail the work that was to be done. He brought the roof up to code (codes had changed since we built our home) by adding flashing. We received new vents that better prevent moisture from accumulating in the attic. We upgraded our shingles to high impact shingles. The crew that completed the work were on time, fast working, cleaned up everything afterwards and friendly. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Gary Nickell and Scotts Roofing.

Everyone was super nice and very professional. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Where do I start. Would never recommend this company. First the trailer was dropped at 8:30 pm. They worked until 5:30 pm way to dark to finish a job. Horrible clean up if you call it that. I still have tar on my driveway granules everywhere. The next day we looked at the work. Over spray on shingles, cuts in shingles, no caulking around vents,nails sticking up, ridge going two different ways. Never moved patio furniture back where it was, left in the yard. Called them to get it taken care of they said they would back on Saturday came on Sunday two weeks later. Did what they thought was OK still a C- rating in my opinion. Still didn't clean up. Communication was almost none existent. Very disappointed.

Scott’s Roofing was great! We were unsure about whether or not our roof needed to be replaced. We had a free evaluation completed and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Eric and JR came out together when it worked best with us. It was a quick and easy appointment, taking maybe 15 minutes in all. After looking at the roof, they gave an honest result. They talked about how the roof likely had a few more years left in it. However, they had enough evidence to file it as “totaled” and would be willing to come out again with an insurance agent to do their best to get it covered. These people were extremely honest and efficient. They treated us as people instead of customers, and that really goes a long way!

It went fast and really well. The company helped us work with our insurance too.

The whole procedure went great! From the initial call to the office, recieving a call back promptly from Gary the owner, to the bid and work being done. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years and I feel that in general companies often miss the mark on making you feel appreciated for the business you give them, this is not the case. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a repair or anything that deals with a roof.

The 6 man crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and were finished at 1:00 p.m. They were very well organized, each man knowing what to do and followed through. They were polite and cleaned up with they were finished. It was like watching choreography. J.R. was out contact with Scott's Roofing and was easy to work with. He explained details and offered options. Thank you for a job well done.

Extremely professional on all levels, including help with the estimate, explanation of materials options and services, shingle selection and the insurance claim, quick turnaround on the installation and good quality work. One of the things I most appreciated is that they promote and pursue "quality" over simply promoting pricing. Considering the cost of the project and a projected lifespan of 30+ years, we greatly appreciated this.

Excellent service from start to finish. Work crew in particular were majorly hard working, polite and friendly. They worked non stop for nearly 13 hours one day and came back the next day at 7am to finish. Brilliant performance!

It is difficult to pass judgment on a set of individuals who I genuinely liked and believed were trying to assist in making this a viable project, but the facts speak for themselves. I requested a bid for a small section of flat roofing to be repaired and a new membrane applied. It took almost two months to receive the bid, An amazing set of obstacles came into play that makes it difficult to attribute this futile attempt to just bad luck. When the owner decided to address the bid himself, family issues caused the first set of delays that lasted nearly a month. Then after attempting to contact one of the project managers to assist communicating with the owner, it took another several weeks delay to figure out their email could not send to any Comcast email address before I could receive the bid. After finally receiving a bid to do the railing, I accepted the combined offer and asked to be scheduled. It was at this point that the owner called me to tell me that he either fire or lost his falt roofer specialists. He promised he would find someone else to do that part of the project and help to find someone else to take over the railing. That was nearly a month ago and I never heard from the company again. n this whole process, I tried to be very sympathetic to the obstacles this company and its owner were facing, even though these were not my problems, but they just kept tripping over their own feet at every turn. The owner, while well-intentioned, was clearly overwhelmed with the rest of his business and his personal life to be working as the lead on my bid, and both his company and I suffered for it. I hope they can get their act together, but regretfully I can't find a reason other than compassion to recommend them as a provider of services.

Scotts Roofing got it done almost immediately for a very reasonable price. The crew worked hard and got the job done in a day because of the weather forecast. We were very impressed, not only with the work but with the responsiveness and the quality as well. It's hard to find such good customer service this day and age.

Extremely well. Owner Gary was phenomenal. Final price right on target. 1 1/2 days to complete. Extra touch painting all vents to match house color also added flashing. I will use Scott Roofing again without hesitation.
