They were recommended by half of my neighborhood. I think that they explained everything to me before they did it. They they gave me instructions on how best to care for my carpet.

Amazing! We thought we would have to replace our carpets before selling our home after 6 years of living there with a german shepherd and other pets. The carpet looked brand new after cleaning, and the stretching took out all the ripples we had. Nearly a month later and it all still looks great. Thanks!

They were higher than some other companies were. They did a very good work. They were very thorough. They explained what they were going to do and spoke about their fees. The gentleman who came and did the work was very polite and on time. He was very thorough too. I had moved most of the furniture's; but he helped me move some of the big pieces, which they agreed to, do. I rather got what they did for what they said, which is good. I didn't like the price in the end. I will use them in the future, if I get a good price.

They are easy to talk to, come soon, do what they say they will on time. We have used them before, and would use them again. It's not every place you can trust with good oriental rugs, but you can trust Nesheim. Good people.

They were prompt, very thorough, and did an excellent cleaning job. I have used them many times before and will again. Price was nearly identical to the other guys after sorting through the available discounts offered by each of the companies. It's not cheap to have carpets professionally cleaned but it was worth it.

Mr. Leo, the serviceman, explained the process in detail, answered my questions, measured every area and then gave me an estimate for the services.

This is a great company to work with. I called on Friday and they had a team out to clean the carpets on Monday. The crew was professional and easy to work with. They explained what they were going to do, what problems they might run into (Dog urine stains on the carpet are super hard to get out) and what I could expect. They were quick, neat and very accurate in their expectations. I would recommend them highly and will be calling them again in the future.

Overall we were very pleased with the service they provided. Joe arrived well within the 2 hour time window we were given. He was very professional and cautious about protecting our hardwood floors and stair railings. He was very thorough and got the area rug very clean (it looks like new!). The rest of our carpet (which is 20+ years old), looked very nice, as well--cleaner than it looked the last time we had it cleaned by a different company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The price was $42 with the coupon which the guys had. The big difference was the coupon, which was the real money saving point of it. I was pleased with them. They were outstanding. They were very professional with everything that they did, from start to finish. They were courteous. They were clean and very respectful. The whole thing was quite wonderful. The interaction and all the other things were good; I was pleased with all of that. I would use their services again in the future.

We chose them because of their track record. They were also recommended to us by friends. They are efficient and reasonably priced. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to show us things. There were some stains that they could not take out, and they took the time to show it to us. We are quite satisfied with them.

Picked up rugs, called us to confirm repair costs, cleaned and repaired as agreed, delivered on time. Advised us on best repair methods, and rug pads. Very nice and friendly, too.

Very well. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment. They showed up on time. They were flexible on payment, as I was not on site to pay, so the cleaner on site allowed me to call into their main number and pay by credit card. They were VERY thorough, using styrofoam blocks to lift some furniture so it would sit on the damp carpet, and leaving detailed instructions about how to allow the carpet best to dry.

It went wonderfully -- they were very professional and did quality work. They were pleasant on the phone when I made the appointment.....they were able to fit me in within a week.......they called me the day before to confirm my appointment.....they called me 1/2 hour before they would be arriving on the day of the cleaning to give me time to get to the house (it was empty as I hadn't moved in yet). Matt, the carpet cleaner technician, did a great job and was very friendly and professional. My carpets looked great when he was done. I was able to get the "free trial offer" angie's list discount -- 100 sq. ft. for free -- about $50 off. That was nice. I spent about $750 to have 2200 sq. ft of carpet cleaned (this included a 40% discount for having the rooms empty!)

We had a pipe break and flooded the carpet. The furniture sitting on the carpet bled down into the carpet in some areas. The guys came in - put corner protectors on EACH corner and laid down floor protectors for their feet and the hoses. They were especially careful with my grandfather clock which was in their way.They even put a protector on the driveway where their truck sat so they wouldn't leak on the driveway! Matt and Neal were very courteous and careful. We were very pleased with the results (considering the staining from the furniture...) They brought their own drying fans to expidite the process. Anyone with antique furniture or other "special" items in their home would be VERY pleased with the attention to detail these folks have. Well worth the premium cost! Would definitely use again - and will tell everyone I know to use them!

They were right on time. The job "foreman" discussed what they would be doing and asked if we had special requests. I had made the appointment over the phone, so they already knew that I would need stain pre-treatment from puppy accidents, and that I wanted Scotchguard used on the areas to be cleaned. They used a stain pre-treatment on the puppy spots, and they found a few I had missed. When they brought in the cleaning equipment, they put heavy plastic down on the wood floors to prevent scratching. They put foil squares under the furniture legs of the furniture that was not to be moved. They were more than willing to move the furniture, but our furniture sits in the same place all the time, and didn't need to be moved this time. They thoroughly vacuumed all the carpets and then began the cleaning. As they finished an area, they put fans out to assist in drying while they moved to the next area. When they were through cleaning and Scotchguarding, they placed the fans in the last area cleaned while they put their equipment back on the truck and I settled the bill. They finished the entire job in less than an hour, including moving the furniture back. They also left bottles of soap and water to spot treat areas between carpet cleanings. They were very professional, and they were careful with our personal items and furniture. Although the job was completed quickly, it was entirely to our satisfaction. The carpet was dry within 12 hours and looks great! We will definitely use them again!

I have used this company for some years. They always do an excellent job and are punctual, polite and professional. I just wish they weren't so darn expensive!

One of the reasons that I chose them was the description on their website of their careful inspection of oriental rugs prior to cleaning and after cleaning. They picked up my oriental rugs and stored them until after we had completed refinishing of our hardwood floors. After the refinishing was complete, they cleaned the carpeting and delivered the rugs. Everything looked great initially. However, a week later, while vacuuming, I noted that the edging on one of the oriental rugs was coming loose. I called the company and they picked up the rug, but I heard nothing from them for a couple of weeks. When I called to inquire, I was told they sent their repairs out to a company that was very good, but very slow, and it might be a month or two before the job was completed. I had to call twice more before my rug was done. During one of my calls, there was a lot of confusion. I had given my name to the person who initially took my call, but in talking to the "rug man", discovered he was looking for a rug for a completely different person. The rug was repaired and returned to me about 2 1/2 months after the initial job.
