They were so responsive via email in calculating an estimate and a time to have the cleaning done. We never realize how much dust gets into our carpets here in Colorado. Edward was very thorough and we’re so happy with the results. Our carpet feels like the day we moved into our house for the first time!

From start to finish, Nesheim's was great to work with. Everyone I dealt with was nice, friendly and professional! Setting up the appointment was easy. i was told what to expect including cost and time. The technician was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He prepared the area around the couch and was careful not to disturb anything in the house.He called to let me know when he was on the way. And he did very good work.

Every step of this process was handled with excellence. The rug was quite expensive, and has only been cleaned by Nesheim's. I will only use them in the future, too.

I had written off this carpet as urgently needing replacement, at least if I wasn't moving back into the property myself. It was heavily matted in traffic areas and is at least 11 years old. Nesheim's came in on time (as far as I know), did the work unsupervised, and when I showed up several days later I thought someone had installed a new carpet. Sure, it still has some of the furniture dents and other "character" that carpets pick up over time, but today it looks better than it did when I bought this house over a decade ago. The only reason I give them a B on price is that they're competitive with other estimates I got, if slightly higher, but only after a 20% discount that they've been offering for a few months. Full price would be significantly higher than other competitors, but I have no way of comparing the quality of those competitors' service. As far as I'm concerned Nesheim's are carpet wizards, and $400 to make about 1000 square feet of carpet look nearly new is a pretty good deal. I'm attaching photos of the same carpet from its previous rental listing and from today. No, sorry, the confused looking dog is not included in the cleaning.

Excellent! Nesheim's came to my rental to do a basic carpet shampoo the day before the tenants moved in. The next day when the tenants came they wanted a deeper cleaning to remove some animal odors. I called the company and they came back to the house within an hour to do the carpets again no hesitation. Very nice to have such conscientious group!

Great, as usual. Actually, I first worked with Nesheim's back in the 80's when I worked with a maintenance company in Boulder that called upon them for major (and all) water mitigation emergencies. Since then, as a GC, I have recommended them to countless contacts, as well as continued to call them anytime I need them to check on potential water mitigation issues , as well as for carpet cleaning, even rug cleaning. They are just the best, hands down.

The rug I needed cleaned was in terrible shape and came back more beautiful than I remembered on the day that I bought it. The rug was delivered exactly when they said it would be. The people who delivered were professional and very pleasant. I also appreciated the help I got with the appraisal of 2 Navaho rugs. I couldn’t have asked for better service all the way around!!

They came on time and were very nice. They did a good job overall but a stain appeared. I mentioned it on line and they called me, made an appointment to fix it and did a wonderful job. As a long-time Boulder resident, I will always use them. This was a repeat visit and they were even better this time.
