The Nesheim's technician was prompt, professional, and weeks later my carpet still looks great. He was very helpful and treated my home with respect.

Work was done ahead of promised time. Carpet is quite clean. Scotchguard treatment seems to be working well.

We could not be more pleased. Nesheim's response was wonderful. Within 30 minutes of my call, a certified water mitigation specialist arrived to assess the damage. He immediately called in a crew who vacuumed up the water, moved furniture and other items that could be damaged if left standing in water, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry things out. He stopped by the next day to check humidity levels, etc. Nesheim left the dehumidifiers and fans running for several days. Then they moved the furniture back where it belongs, shampooed the carpet and treated it with antimicrobial stuff.

This latest cleaning was a tough job. My dog had gone to the bathroom on the carpet in a bedroom that we rarely use and I did not notice until the many stains were dried and set. When Nesheim's finished I could not tell there had ever been a pet accident in the room. They deodorized and got the stains completely out. Now I am keeping the door closed until a new pet door is completed!

I had Nesheim's in on back-to-back days to refinish my wood flooring and then do the carpets--I've used them for 20 years now, since I purchased my home in Rock Creek. With the exception of maybe twice, they've cleaned and treated them every year, and guess what--it's still the original carpet! I credit the extended length of its life to Nesheim's, When I discovered they also refinished floors, I jumped on the chance and the end result is they look just as good as if not better than the day I moved in. Customer service is impeccable, employees are knowledgeable and friendly, prices are most affordable. Can't go wrong with Nesheim's!!!!

They did a good job and the carpet is definitely brighter and no longer has spots. The carpet was in good shape but had some stains and probably hadn't been cleaned in a while. Their front office and the workers are polite and easy to deal with, and I appreciate that they gave me a reminder call the day before with the expected start time (and they were right on time). Total time was about 5 hours with two workers. They use a truck-mounted steam system, so they park the truck right next to the house and snake hoses through the house. It takes a few hours to completely dry. One nice touch is that they put styrofoam or laminated pads under all the furniture legs to protect them and the carpet while it is drying. Their prices seem higher than the competition, but I went with them because they have a good reputation and are a local company (in Lafayette). I was happy with the result and am satisfied with the price.

They picked up and delivered two rugs, one very large for cleaning.. Carefully moved and replaced furniture. The rugs look great. I forgot how brilliant the colors are.Also, repaired one that had been damaged by vacuum cleaner catching on a corner. Really nice people to work with. Also, gave a senior discount.

They provide an excellent service and do a great job. The technicians are super professional and courteous. They have won the Chamber of Commerce business of the year award a few years ago.

They were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They cleaned all the tracks that we never realized were cleaned beautifully.

NESHEIM did a great job on our basement carpets. The stairs in particular get a lot of wear and tear, and after cleaning they looked new. There were a couple printer ink stains that didn't come completely out, but I didn't expect they would. The carpet was not very wet afterwards eaither. They put all furniture up on hard foam blocks and everything dried in a day. Nice work

My carpet has special needs and they have unfailingly responded to the needs of my carpets. They are always on time, polite and considerate. The service has never failed to be exactly what I expected it to be. They have amazing customer service. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

When we picked up the rug, we were very pleased with the outcome - much brighter than when we brought in. Looked like a new rug and we know it had been in the estate for over 2 decades.

We're just trying to make the carpet last a bit longer. The cleaning was done well, but some stains are just never going to come out. The oriental carpet was well done. We picked it up from their office and it was simple.

Nesheim's is the best. I've used them at least six times and the work is consistently flawless.

Having been highly recommended on Angies List I was hopeful that we would have a great outcome. The customer service element was very good both over the phone and in person. The quality of the job however was just so so, which on a white carpet is never a great outcome . The majority of the carpet turned out well but after it dried I found patches that weren't fixed and needed follow up cleaning. Moveable beds weren't moved and it turned out that dirt and stains were evidently still an issue in 2 of the rooms. I personally hired a cleaner from Lowes 2 days later and did the job myself and the marks came out fine. The amount of dirt in the water from places that had been cleaned suggested to me that there was still more that could have been done when Nesheim was engaged, but didn't. There was also no follow up customer service call to check how the cleaning had gone (little things like that do make a difference. I chose to do the job myself rather than call Nesheim as I was on a tight time schedule and didn't want to wait for another service call. Given the experience I am inclined to now continue going the self cleran route given how well the Lowes cleaning unit performed and the cost was just $28 versus $136.

On both days, they arrived exactly on time. Both gentlemen were very complete in explaining the service and cost and gave me several discounts. The work was very well done and we are most happy with the results. I highly recommend this very professional service. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they were well worth the price, which wasn't completely overpriced. I got fair value for cleaning and scotch guarding. There are discounts for senior citizens, for a first time customer, and on-going discounts if you have them back in six months or a year. The quality of the service and the professionalism of both cleaners on two different days convinced me that this organization is well run and the workers are well trained. It was most pleasant experience. They are fast and good and complete and friendly.

Everything about Nesheim's was a pleasure. To start with, I met their marketing person Amber who kindly gave me a discount card (always a good start!). When we moved into our rental apartment, we were dismayed to find that the carpets were revolting, full of long strands of hair. I called Nesheim's and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Two cleaners arrived with all their equipment and they proceeded to clean the carpet like it's probably never been cleaned before. They showed me a couple of stains that they couldn't remove and explained why, and when they left, they took me around the house to ensure that I was happy. They also left me a couple of bottles of carpet cleaner, which were invaluable. I was incredibly happy with every aspect of the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on every level.

They were great! Very punctual from the initial first visit to the finished job. The guys were extremely nice and helpful at explaining what all we should expect from them. They were detail oriented and answered all our questions. The work done was excellent and the spots where the carpet had been chewed through because of the past owners dog were fixed so well that it is impossible to notice there was ever anything wrong! When there were a couple of issues that arose that concerned the guy cleaning our carpets, he was quick to find me and discuss the problem and to resolve it in no time! He was very professional and easy going which made it easy to talk to him. The price was pretty competitive in comparison to other carpet cleaners and the work they did for us made it a good deal. I am very happy with this company and would use them again.

They cleaned a condo that I was moving into. It was around 1800 sq. ft. gross. I thought it was too expensive but I heard they were good. The estimator told me it was going to take around 2 hours or 2 1/2 hours. As it turned out it only took them 1 1/2 hours. I was not there for the cleaning so I am a bit skeptical that they did all of the "10 Point" cleaning service. It just seemed too fast. My carpets looked a little cleaner but there were some streaks and I think they missed a storage area. I would use someone else next time.
