Nesheim's

Great! Nesheim's has always had great customer service and this time was no different. The technicians were punctual, professional and knowledgeable about both carpets and sofas. One of our family members was dealing with an injury, and they worked around her need to rest in bed by coordinating the cleaning of rooms with her. They showed compassion and care beyond professionalism.

The office staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I dropped off the carpet and it was cleaned and delivered early and before Christmas. The delivery men were friendly and laid the carpet with no problem. It looks beautiful and I won't wait 12 years again to have it cleaned and it will only be done by Nesheim's!!

Excellent! Maybe not the cheapest but Nesheim's always delivers great cleaning, keeps you informed about delays or issues with the carpet, and does excellent quality control - checking everything went well at the time of service and following up afterwards to make sure you are satisfied. The technicians treat you and your home with respect. Regular cleaning has kept my ~20 y.o., 45-foster dog carpets looking good.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the job that was done. Nesheim's was pleasant and very thorough, whether working in an empty room with stubborn coffee/tea spots, in a room with furniture and not much clearance, or in a room where only part of the furniture was removed. No damage to gardens near the hoses, and no stains left in the driveway.

I have a cat who is prone to throwing up. Neishem's has always been able to do a great job removing stains and spots.

They showed up on time, were professional, warm and helpful for treating and caring for my rugs. They also returned them in the time frame they said they would. I would hire again.

The technician was so helpful, explaining all phases of the process, and couldn't have been more happy with the results. He was able to remove several stains that I didn't have much hope for and was very efficient. Just a great experience overall!

The service was done perfectly. The professionalism of everybody I interacted with was high. I was taken care swiftly. I definitely recommend the service, and I will use it again. The cost below is the total for two rugs, of fairly large size, of the "kilim" type. They look better than when I bought them :-)

The rug was thoroughly cleaned, no damage was done to the rug which was one of my fears and the texture of the rug is very soft like it is brand new.

They are over the top great in all aspects of cleaning. I highly recommend them.

We had a "one free room" coupon so we decided to use it and we are very glad we did. They gave us a window of time (between 3 and 5pm) when they would call to let us know they were on their way. And, hot ****, they actually called in the window that they said they would. We really appreciated that they did exactly what they said they would. The carpet cleaning was fantastic! It really came out great. We have white thick carpet which had a few big spots from spilled water that brought up dirt from below. There were some high traffic areas that just got thoroughly dirty, too. It looked terrific! We have a home-owner type rinky **** steam cleaner and we have tried to clean the carpet ourselves. The carpet came out 100 times whiter and cleaner looking than when we do it ourselves. The man who cleaned our carpet (we forget his name, hey, don't judge we are both over 40!) was professional and friendly. He was nice to our dog (very important to us) and actually cleaned an additional spot that wasn't in the area we asked him to clean which we thought was very thoughtful and generous. We expected the additional space in the hallway and the room being over 100 sq. ft. to cost much more than it did. He was here over an hour and the price was extremely reasonable. Overall we are very satisfied with our entire Nesheim's carpet cleaning experience.

It went very well. They are very efficient and thorough. Carpets were thoroughly dry in less than 1 day.

Nesheim was able to get all of the caulk and grease out of the carpet. The tech was very thorough and spent a great deal of time working on the problem areas. We have used Nesheim for many years, so we were not surprised at the outcome. Thanks, Nesheim!

The work man showed up early, called beforehand, worked hard, and left things in perfect condition. We've always loved the quality of Nesheim's, we've used them for years.

They took in a rug we had to use certain machines and process to clean it. A for everything because they are great they are the only guys we use.

I had hired other companies before and this is the first time I can say the carpet smells great. They fixed a problem in a specific spot that had been soiled multiple times by a dog. The carpet even had a bump in that spot and it is now gone.
