Beyond my expectations!

They did a great job. They removed a couple of stains that I thought were never going to come out. They provide their own equipment (and water for the cleaning machine). They were professional and accommodating.

The technicians arrived when they said that they would, used a moisture detector to identify the impacted areas and then removed the contaminated sections of my carpet. They then cleaned and treated the affected areas with an anti-bacterial solution and cleaned the carpet where they had walked. I checked the areas after the service and noticed a lot of water still on the floor and was told that this was normal and that it should dry within 8 hours. I also noticed that the baseboards and doors where the techs had worked were dirty. After 15 hours the areas were still wet and I called the company to say that I was dissatisfied. I had also discovered a large area of wet carpet that the techs had missed on their first visit. The firm came back out the same day that I called to complain, removed more of my carpet and cleaned and treated those areas, as well as cleaning up more thoroughly from the prior day's work. I appreciated their following up, but would not recommend the firm to others.

I called company for an estimate and was given one over the telephone. The appointment was scheduled for about 10 days after I called. On the appointed day, a woman from Nesheim's called to ask if the cleaners could come earlier than scheduled. When they got here, the company rep walked through the areas to be cleaned. The fee was reiterated based on his visual inspection. We agreed to have the work done. We had already moved the furniture, so there was no charge for that. A crew of two completed the work in about 90 minutes. Some areas were a little more soiled than others and they worked particularly hard on those places. A large fan was set up to give the drying process a quicker start. We were given a soap/water solution in a spray bottle to use on future soils. The work process was thoroughly explained to me and went according to plan.

I like that they are a locally owned family business. They are very nice people. I appreciated how hard they worked to remove some really bad stains on my carpet. They were old stains from the previous owner that were really set in to the carpet. They could not get them out all the way, but they look a lot better and they made a good effort.

Excellent job! (They forgot to reattach one of the baseboards but came over the day we called to complete the job).

Nesheim's has a cash and carry discount for all carpets that the customer delivers and picks up. I can take advantage of this offer which is a good way to save on cleaning. They do a good job and have been able to give me good turn around time.

The gentleman who came to the house was very nice, thorough, explained what he needed to do and answered all my questions. He suggested that a deodorizer be put down to better rid the carpet of the dog urine smell.

They arrived on time and were very proficient. Two technicians performed the work - one ran the cleaning hose, and the other monitored where the hose was so that no marks were made to the walls, etc. They moved our couches away from the wall, and cushions were dry within an hour.

I have used Nesheims for many years and have always been completely satisfied with their carpet cleaning capabilities. They are prompt, courteous and they will happily return if I am not totally satisfied.

They have always provided an excellent and thorough cleaning service. They take extensive time and care with specific carpet stains and overall cleaning.

The 2 Nesheim technicians were courteous, prompt, and provided excellent service. Nesheims is a bit pricier than some of the carpet cleaners, but they are very reliable.

They arrived on time and consulted with me first before cleaning. The gave advice on spot cleaning and what would work best. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and quickly.

TWO CLEANERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND CALLED BEFORE COMING TO MAKE SURE I WAS HOME. THEY CLEANED QUICKLY AND REVIEWED AREAS THAT COULD BE PROBLEMATIC. ALL AREAS LEFT IN GOOD CONDITION WITH INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT DRYING TIME.

THE COMPANY WAS ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WALKED THE ROOMS WITH ME FIRST AND GAVE ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATION ON VARIOUS SPOTS AND TREATMENTS. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED WELL AND WITH GOOD RESULTS.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICELY DRESSED AND FRIENDLY. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ON SCHEDULED WITH CAREFUL ATTENTION TO SURROUNDING FURNITURE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR AN APPOINTMENT. NEEDED THEM TO COME EARLY DUE TO AN APPOINTMENT I HAD AND THEY WERE THERE EARLY. DID A GREAT JOB. APPRECIATED THE MATERIAL THEY LAY DOWN FOR THE HOSES TO LAY ON. REALLY ENJOYING THE CARPET CLEANER SOLUTION THEY LEAVE WITH THE CUSTOMER.

I HAVE USED NESHEIM'S FOR 6 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, PUNCTUALITY, THOROUGHNESS, AND SPEEDY WORK. THE PRICE KEEPS GOING UP THOUGH, SO I MAY LOOK ELSEWHERE.

NESHEIM'S PROVIDED A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND HAD THE INFORMATION ON HAND FROM THAT LAST TIME THEY CLEANED OUR CARPETS. THEN THE SALES PERSON CAME OUT FOR A FINAL QUOTE WHICH MATCHED THE PHONE QUOTE. FINALLY THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING AND ALSO ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE TWO BOTTLES OF SPOT CLEANER FOR MINOR SPILLS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 8 YEARS, THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT WHETHER IT BE FOR WALL TO WALL CARPET OR TO SEND AN AREA RUG IN TO BE CLEANED. FOR OUR AREA RUG WHICH HAD MANY PET STAINS THEY KEPT IT UNTIL THEY REMOVED ALL THE STAINS IT CAME BACK LOOKING BRAND NEW, I NEVER EXPECTED TO HAVE IT LOOK THAT GOOD AGAIN.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, AS USUAL, WAS ONE OF COMPLETE SATISFACTION. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND VERY THOROUGH. THE TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE AND VERY QUALIFIED.

THEY LEFT TWO BOTTLES WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REMOVE SPOTS. IMPRESSED WITH THEIR FACILITY WHERE WE PICKED UP THE AREA RUGS THAT THEY TOOK FOR CLEANING.

THE STAFF WAS ON TIME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY LEFT BOTTLES OF SPOT CLEANER BEHIND WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE. THEY ALSO PROVIDED FURNITURE LEG PROTECTORS. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS ABOVE AVERAGE, AS WAS THE EFFICIENCY AND FRIENDLINESS OF THEIR STAFF.
