Description of Work: They have just started the work and parts are on order. It will be 3 weeks before the work is completed. The service so far has been very good - the man I worked with was very knowledgeable and could explain the pros and cons of all the options I had available.

 + -1 moreVERY WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE AND EVEN INSTALLED THE SPRING WHILE WE WERE GONE. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR THEM. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED.
Description of Work: CANE OUT AND ASSESSED PROBLEM. ORDERED A BIGGER SPRING FOR THE DOOR. THEY CAME BACK AND REPLACED IT ON DOOR.
