Clean House

Description of Work: The ladies were great and worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use again! It is so nice to hire someone to do a service and have them do it well!

Description of Work: I called the company and spoke with a man to set up the appointment for the service of cleaning at my home. We agreed on a date and time. On the date of service the cleaners came at 8:30 instead of 12:00. The man said that I would get a phone call about a half hour before arrival to inform me that they were coming. I did not get the phone call. I was totally unprepared for the arrival. But since there were there and I wanted the service I let them in to clean my home. A team of two women came in. Only one spoke to me and I noticed they spoke Spanish to each other. One asked which rooms needed cleaning. I showed her the rooms to clean. Then they went to work but she never asked me again about anything else. They worked for two hours and towards the end of the two hours were rushing to complete the work and getting out on time. I had a radio on a talk station when they arrived. During the last minutes they were here I noticed the radio station was on a station that I don't like to listen to. I did not ask how the radio station was changed. I inspected the work after they left. For the most part, the work was satisfactory but some areas were not cleaned as well as I would have done myself.
