Perfect couldn't have been better

They cleaned the house. They didn’t talk about what they were going to do so there were certain things I thought would come with house cleaning. They did leave a little early; they didn’t stay for the full time that I paid for. They didn’t clean the refrigerator. It was four hours of house cleaning and it was two of them. They were here for about an hour and 40 minutes. So for those extra 40 mins between the two of them that could have been done. It was the first time I’d ever hire anyone to come in and cleaned the house so I didn’t know what to expect and what they were going to do from what they wasn’t going to do.

Got here 10 minutes early & told Me she was a half hour early & left half hour early. I asked her to finish & she was mad. Wiped the entry way floor(5 minutes) & left without saying anything.

She showed up 10 minutes early & that was fine. But 31/2 hours later she left because she said she came early & did not do a great job. Moved really slow. not what I am used to when You send Me someone.

We had the same ladies come each time to our home. They did a really good job, were quick and friendly. When they did ask me a question, it was usually warranted, otherwise, they did their work and left in a timely manner. My ONLY problem with this company and why I won't use them again is their HQ/office and scheduling. They seem very disorganized and most recently the cleaners showed up a day later than I expected and the HQ text and called me like it was my problem and I need to address the situation ASAP. I discontinued using them as this was the 2nd time that scheduling was not correct. Too bad, they have some good workers. I would use them again when their scheduling and communication is better, otherwise, we are taking a break from this company.

This is the first time that I have used this company, and the three ladies that came today to clean my house did an absolutely EXCELLENT job. They even removed some stains from my kitchen sink (there since I moved into this place) that the previous maid service that I used apologized for not being able to get out. Little touches like neatly arranging and folding a couple of decorative towels was another plus. They really made my home look spotless. Thank you so much!

Great service. The minute they showed up they got right to work. Everything was completed to perfection and I would definitely recommend not only the service but the staff. Thanks for the professionalism and detail work that you completed. The only criticism is they arrive a few minutes late, but this was not an issue based on the quality service provided.

The price was a special and I got what I paid for. Not that the service was bad; clearly, because I'm rating them an A. The apartment we left did not charge us for any cleaning charges... A. The price was great... A. The move-in cleaning was mediocre... B at best.

I worked with Clean House on a recent move-out clean, after purchasing a GroupOn. I talked to them a few times before coming out - scheduling, confirmation of arrival window, etc. and they were very professional. They did a good job overall. The only complaint is the vacuum they were using was not very good; I could see the lines where the carpet was vacuumed, but there was still stuff on the floor. Also the kitchen floor could have been swept better. Overall, we got the deposit back from our previous landlord, so I think a B rating is appropriate.

The cleaners arrived on time as they were scheduled. Since there were 2 of them, they were scheduled for 5 hours total or 2.5 hours each. They did an absolute fabulous job on the upstairs, although it took them a very long time. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. As I was upstairs they let me know they were leaving. I tipped each housecleaner $15 because of the amazing job I had inspected on the upstairs. However once they left, I realized they had not even TOUCHED the kitchen, even though by my calculations they left 15 minutes early. My annoyance is that they didn't let me know they couldn't do the kitchen because of time, and instead I found out on my own. I immediately called Caesar who assured me he would have them come right back and clean the kitchen. Caesar then called back and said they couldn't return because of picking up children from school(?). He scheduled them to return the next morning and let me know there would be an additional $25 charge since they had used up all their time. I agreed and scheduled the appointment. The next morning no one showed up at the scheduled time, no phone call from Caesar explaining why no one had showed up, and no returned phone calls. I will NOT be using this company in the future, nor would I recommend their services to anyone.

Cesar and Clean House have been responsive to our individual needs and terrific. We are pleased with them, and after several projects, now use them twice per week to keep our house in nice condition.

Good, quick. Almost not enought time to get to everything, but well worth it.

It went ok. I called during the holidays and they were great about scheduling. The actual job was not super stellar. It was a big deal purchase. It was the price of the big deal.

They were very nice. They did try to help. There were a few things that were missed but overall they did well.

I purchased a Groupon for this service and set up a date with no problems. The two cleaners arrived a few minutes late, but were very friendly and responsive to my requests to get all the dust out of the house. I worked at home while they cleaned, and they checked in a couple times to make things were being done as asked. They moved furniture and objects, but returned everything to where it needed to go. The house looks wonderful! Because the additional detail work took more time than was on the Groupon, I had to pay an additional $25 for them to complete the work, but it was worth it! I would definitely use this company again. Some of the most detailed clearning I've had done.

I bought this as a Living Social voucher. The commitment was for three hours of cleaning. The morning of the appointment I received a text from Cesar (who also is the person with whom I scheduled) letting me know that the team originally scheduled to clean my home was unavailable. He said that he could have Gloria, "one of his most experienced cleaners," come out instead at an earlier time. I texted back with my agreement and Gloria rang the door bell around 8:45am (she was supposed to be there at 8:30am, but that was completely fine with me). I quickly showed her around the rooms I wanted her to clean then went into my office to work. 2.5 hours later, she let me know that she was done and asked me to take a look around. I was pleasantly surprised to see that one person could do such a good, thorough job in less than the time committed. I was very pleased with her work, and immediately contacted the company about regular service. I've been looking for some time (more than two years - I'm pretty picky), and have tried at least a dozen companies. I plan to use them again! Highly recommended, I'd give Gloria an A+ if that was an option!

They have been wonderful. They are the only company I will use. They always do a beautiful job and are very professional.

I was pleased with the customer service and the friendliness of the company. When the cleaner arrived my family was moving out of our home so it was chaotic. She got right to work and didn't seemed bothered by the movers at all. Unfortunately,she was so thorough that she never even vacuumed downstairs. Keep in mind that the house was 75% empty. There were no knick-knacks to dust or appliances to clean. I asked her only to clean the bathrooms,, floors, and kitchen. Four hours wasn't enough. I wasn't upset with the service but I had hoped she could complete more in that amount of time.

They were pretty good. I would use them again in the future if needed.
