Quoted one price, specifically walked through the details of the project, and then they came back and wanted to double the price after we singed paperwork for less work than agreed upon. Beware.

Working with Footprints was easy; they came in with the lowest quote and also delivered a quality product. Scott was efficient, skilled, and we are very happy with the result of the install.

After doing the bid by phone and sending by email to me, I never heard another word from them despite giving him a signed contract and given a 8/4 as install date. Emailed 3 times and left phone message twice, no response ! Called today somebody finally answered the phone and promised Todd would call today. Well no cal from Todd. I?m done and moving on. What a disappointment . Should have been enjoying my new floors instead of writing this review!

Showed up on time, kept to the quote and did a beautiful job tiling the shower and floor. There were some issues with the prep so I'd recommend being sure your structural work is solid and just having them do tile work only (not installing cement board, niches or heated flooring.) However, as mentioned, the tile work is absolutely fantastic! I mean really really beautiful.

This company uses multiple contractors but does not seem to care about their skills. Using this company was a nightmare and had to have tiling re-done. The owner was completely non-responsive. Use another company and save yourself a headache!

Finished project was good, but took way longer than they said and communication was terrible. Would not have them do any work for me again.

Wonderful work

We ran into a few snags early in the project and I was worried that I was going to be out a ton of extra money. A few examples: a toilet broke while they were moving it and we had to hire a plumber to fix some plumbing issue. However, they were quick to own up to the few (honest) mistakes that were made and they made everything right in the end. They also did quality work and the supervisor checked in frequently. I would definitely work with them again.
