They showed up on time the very first day and everyday since. Super punctual and polite. The work is almost done and it's looking really great!

Sloppy work and had to ask for them to clean up mess, scratched (polished) tiles, not good communication unless it has to do with their getting money. The actual workers were hard to talk to as they only spoke Spanish.

Footprint floors did a great job!

I had a great experience with Footprints. Namita, the sales person, was super attentive and worked with my scheduling constraints. She was consultative answer helpful before, during and after the job. Juan did a great job with the floors. It transformed the house and looks fabulous. Jesse was our PM. He was very helpful, although I did have to chase him a few times about things after the job was done (reinstalling the doors and hauling away the large trash in front of the house). 4.5 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We upgraded to have the vents replaced with wood and stained, but a couple of them donâ t fit. This is a hassle that requires follow up. Additionally, the large trash was not removed when promised and required multiple follow ups. This was very inconvenient as it was still there on moving day and blocked the truck. Overall, I recommend Footprints and would use them again!

We are a repeat customer and have hired them several times to install flooring, bathroom tiles, and backsplash tiles. The quality of work is generally good and we liked everyone we worked with. They have a warranty and are sending people out to fix some issues. One of the only companies we had a good experience with during the remodel - definitely recommend!

they laid a small tile floor for us. The quality of the work was only so so, but when they came out for the walkthrough prior to payment they proactively identified the work as subpar and told us theyâ d do it over for free, which they did and the redo was great. I didnâ t even have to ask. Not many companies stand behind their work to this degree.

Started a project with footprints floors in the first half of the year and six months later it?s still not done. They have one last step to install and stain, yet after months of hounding I finally gave up and had them provide me the the missing piece so I could just hire someone myself to do this quick job. The reason this wasn?t completed is because every subcontractor that came to my house was told they were working on something totally different than they ended up doing?in my case the person that was supposed to install the stairs didn?t have all his kit to install that one single stair but was able to install the others just fine. They never sent anyone back out to put this stair in. The sub contractors were always confused. The customer service was bad?I had to hound these guys constantly. They gave up on my project months before I did. I don?t think they ever intended to finish this. Subcontractors did a nice job.

They were very quick and efficient. I am satisfied with the speedy response.

Great service cleaned up job well done

The workers showed up and started cutting the Optimax flooring we purchased but did not know to seal the floor or lay down a vapor barrier. The project manager showed up after they had laid almost the entire floor and had to pull it up. We paid for more flooring than what they estimated - was supposed to be 144 sf and I purchased 200 sf and then had to go purchase another box. I would have liked to have had the best underlayment and was not even discussed before the project started. This was not the best impression.

Wonderful people and will work with them again if I need flooring done. Great a experience.

Very pleased. Footprints Floors installed two mosaic tile bathroom floors for us (in one they also installed underfloor heating -- kids + cats love it!) and the new floors are fabulous. Travis was our manager and Junior our installer, both were delightful, friendly, great with kids + pets, and super quick to answer my questions. Actually, everyone with whom I dealt at FF were friendly, responsive, helpful. I spoke with many installers and Footprints was by far the most prompt and most professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Did a great job!

Juan did the floors and they are wonderful and beautiful!! The issue is getting ahold of anyone and communication with their team once you pay them a downpayment. Calls were consistently unanswered, voicemails not responded to. It felt like once they had our money, we were lowest of their priorities. When the team was doing the work, we had to message the project manager constantly to ask when we could step on the floors, timing, etc. and it felt like a lot more work from our side than it should have. When they finally finished their work, they left the trash in our driveway for 12 days with daily promises that it was being taken away. Super frustrating. The floors are beautiful, but project management and communication are the sore point with them.

Very happy with my results.

I paid half down for a backsplash service for my kitchen. My service was scheduled almost 2 months out from my October 22nd down payment $500 and some change. They had an emergency the day of and never contacted me thereafter. I called, left messages and could not get the owner Allison Adam to respond. The project manager Tyler did answer his phone two days later to basically tell me oh well you just have to wait until we can get to you with no timeline or date of when that would be. I explained I was disappointed with the service and it was not even good customer service. He then proceeded to let me know again oh well because Allison already knew so again there was basically nothing I could do. Btw... not even an apology was given. I would not recommend this company AND you home advisor did not do your homework on this company. Apparently this is standard practice in their service delivery. I normally donâ t give out negative reviews or feedback ever I just donâ t want this to happen to anyone else especially around Christmas time but really never. I have family coming in for Christmas and my kitchen looks horrible. I know my family will understand its just the principle now.
