Footprints Floors did a wonderful job restoring the hardwoods in our old home. We were thrilled with the outcome and their flexibility in working with us. We had a slight issue with the crew being late and the owner himself called to apologize and fixed the problem. Their professionalism is top notch. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Steve and crew were very responsive and provided solid information and education. Only reason I didn't rate them all fives is to keep them on their toes, and customers always want it cheaper... All around would recommend to anyone

They were on time,neat finished the job which was estimated at 12 days in 5 days. It was a large project and would recommend them to finish or replace floors. Even the neighbors commented on how hard they worked.

We worked with Dan Satchell and he agreed to have the work done while we were on a vacation, using our neighbor and friend, Chris, to supervise and monitor progress. We came home last night to a beautiful wood floor job. The only issue we had and we expected it, was there is a fine layer of dust on the furniture which we are dealing with today. The sales guy came to my house and we discussed what needs to be done. His guys came few days later on and they did a terrible job. Apparently this company use other contractors to do their job and the contractor is not reliable. They messed up my base boards and tile works around the house with wood stains. He brought in another handy man to fix the problem and it took more that 3 weeks to get a job of 2 days done. The sales guy was very rude in his approach to the entire debacle and all he cares about is getting his balance. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone who was a quality job and good customer service.

Had a professional crew who completed project in a few hours. Brought all supplies needed and cleaned up very well. New floor looks very nice.
