Footprints Bath and Tile - Denver

Overall a good experience. A couple of nicks needed to be touched up. But they customer service was excellent and they got right on it. Most others would not probably come back for some touch up work, but this company is about delivering great customer service.

I did have a problem and they handled it and made sure everything was satisfactory .

They installed six rooms of new wood floors as well as refinished 4 existing rooms. Communicated all of the issues and timing up front and communicated with me on any issues that came up during the work. Met the schedule and the finished product was great.

Installer carpeted over my heating/cooling floor registers in two bedrooms. He was supposed to use leftover carpet to do my laundry room and didn't. I have left several messages with company and no one has returned my calls.

What an amazing experience with Footprint Floors...from the administrative part to the workmanship, this company was extremely professional, accessible, reliable, and friendly! We started our project with a major name brand company, but found that Footprint had much better pricing and far better customer service. They truly valued our business and treated us as valued customers every step of the way--even meeting us at a coffee shop to show us colors to accommodate our hectic schedule. Footprint Floors went above and beyond from the first phone call to the follow-up, post install.

Floors look great, Company worked with our time frame and completed the work as promised. Customer service superb! Would definitely hire them again.

Rick and his team were very professional and did an outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors and removing carpet and installing wood floors in the rest of the house. Connor Satchell, project manager, was very quick to address any concerns.

If you want a superior job done refinishing your wood floors, get these guys to do it.They are a refreshing example of efficiency and integrity that I thought was lost in today's construction world. I grew up working in the construction business, and was extremely impressed with both Josh and Dallas - their work ethic and their commitment to getting the job done correctly and ahead of schedule. Hire them.....you'll see how these projects are supposed to be done! My floors are beautiful!!

Mark and Eric a very courteous and hardworking. Both communicated every step throughout the entire job. We are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship.

Mark and Eric are an awesome team. Mark couldn't have been a better manager; he stayed in touch with me thoughout the installation of my beautiful wood floors. Refinished floors and redid stairs in an old historic house. Very fast and did a great job. Some confusion on the statement of work so just ensure you know what you want and it is communicated. Great to work with.

Steve's crew did a fantastic job on the floors in my new loft in Lodo. I would hire them again in an instant!

The owner Mark is very hands on. Eric did most of the complete install and took pride in his work. Due to the weather it took a couple extra days to complete, but they communicated very well with us, which goes a long way for me. Overall a very good experience!
