Great job and good customer service. Needed to return for a couple of minor adjustments, but responded well to request for those adjustments.

I started getting estimates on Monday - the work is already done!!!! USE THIS COMPANY! From the beginning - Laurie Jo about sold me on the phone alone, Steve was exceptional - honest, very experienced, friendly yet patient - he listened to every question and concern without interruption and with great answers. Next, I received a quote and follow up that very afternoon and Steve had a worker assigned for the next morning pending my approval. Such great communications. Vince the worker call the next morning confirming I was still able to do the job. Vince was an expert in his job his work and communications - he tried to get it done that day but the finish was too tacky and he had to make another stop the following morning. Vince was a pleasure to have in my home, was prompt, considerate and will be welcomed here anytime. The job was left in perfect condition with the follow up of " if you need anything, just call". Let me tell you that I do not like to have people in my home and I have a fear of things not going the way I expect. This is not the case with Footprints! It was a great experience Thank you to Laurie Jo, Steve, Debbie, Vince and Tyler you all made my week with this experience. I will gladly give your Company a referral to all and will definite return should I need your service!

An owner was our 1st contact, very pleasant, professional on our initial bid. The foreman of the company was very arrogant when we were dealing with him on our issues with the install and damage to an appliance and cabinet front in our kitchen. I sent several (2) emails to the owner and his office, never received any contact back from him regarding our issues. So, I would not recommend this company, even though they did fix the areas of concern after I was persistent. Still waiting on an email that the foreman John S. was to send me after our final payment. Glad I had him sign my paper pd

Footprints worked with my changing schedule, and still got the project done on time. They worked through a potentially difficult problem and the floors look great!

Great company and crew. Hickory Floor looks awesome, better than when new and by far much better than the last time was done! Highly recommend them.

very good job, but a few minor flaws with some of the laminate as far as fit. Baseboards got beat up a bit when they removed them, but I guess this is to be expected. Gauge in the wall but they spackled it up, I just need to paint it. Overall - would recommend this crew to do your laminate job.

Excellent customer service. They kept in touch to let me know if something changed, like the estimated time of start of the job.

Mark was great at explaining the process of refinishing our floor, and is always available for any questions. Nick, Chris and Chris did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with our floor. There was very little dust to clean up, way less than expected. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to any needs. Thanks to all for exactly the floor we wanted.

Sales Person: Wonderful Office Support and follow-up: Very Wonderful, quick, knowledgeable answers. Installers: Lead installer very nice, did a great job, very patient. His helper was ok, and the flooring turned out great. They did have a bit of a spat during the course of the install which initially scared me, but it ended quickly. Project Manager: not sure why he has a job. Kept saying he was going to stop by (not sure why), but never did. Why even offer to stop by if there is no intention of following through. Did not understand a simple question I had for the installer while at Lowes to purchase additional supplies, and wasted my time. Then he called the day after the install, asked if the floor was ok, did not offer to stop by to walk the project with me, but suddenly had an urgent need to come by for a check. So, the payment which he aggressively tried to have me 1( be home to give him (with no offer of inspection), 2) leave under the door mat, 3) leave in mail box and one of those needed to be done in an hour as it was convenient for him. Very disappointing and quite frankly insulting. I advised him my intention was to mail the check, which I had been told by office support was perfectly fine when I asked 2 days prior. If they are that concerned about payment, then a deposit or full payment should be requested prior to starting the project. They definitely should make more of an effort to inspect their installers work. Overall, they saved me from what had been a nightmare contractor, but the service was only average if you look at the project in it's entirety.

Footprints Floors was professional, worked to fit my schedule, and accomplished everything I needed on time and for a competitive price. Dan and his sons were friendly and hard working; hiring them was the right choice.

This company, is popular and busy, yet managed to fit the estimate in within days of contacting them, and to finish the job within the following week. My floors are beautiful, and some of the stains I thought would never be erased actually disappeared! I would recommend them to anyone.
