Footprints Floors did an amazing job on refinishing our hardwood floor and I would recommend them to everyone! They were prompt for the estimate appointment, gave a fair price for the job, moved furniture carefully and replaced it two days after the floors completely dried, and made our floors look and feel like new! Jon, Bryan, David, and Danny were all very professional and took pride in their craftsmanship. Emily, from their office, called twice to be certain the project was going well! Great company!

Footprints Floors were very professional and completed the job in very timely manner while doing a great job. We replaced laminate floors with site finished wood floors. We absolutely love the finished product. Great customer service. Had some minor issues after completion but a quality control manager was immediately sent over and had a crew over to fix the problem ASAP. Was not asked for final payment until everything was completed to my satisfactory. Great company to do business with.

This was the 2nd company we hired after the first completely botched our floors. Footprints was a dream to work with. They quickly came out and gave us a quote, started the job a week later and the floors were done 5 days after that. They are absolutely beautiful. The whole process was a dream—smooth and seamless. Our project manager (Chad) communicated with us daily, giving us project updates and managing expectations. The crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up every day. They put down three examples of stain for us to choose from (and would have done more if we had asked). We are beyond thrilled with the final product. Would definitely hire this company again. Highly recommend!

They were nice.

Very poor vetting of their contract installers. If you get a good one that's fine, but otherwise you're in for a bad time. Our original tile installers were so bad Footprints finally had to change them out (though they sent that bad crew to another install). The second team was great, though there were some aspects of the first part of the install that could not be fully fixed. We kept that second team for the laminate work and they were great. The final result was satisfactory but it was a miserable process. Footprints charges a high price to the customer but pays their installers poorly. For the tile work the installers are responsible for purchasing the backer board and the thin-set. This motivates the installers to cut corners on both items, and we experienced this.

Footprint floors has been a pleasure to work with. They are quick to reply and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process. Their install crew did a beautiful job and went the extra mile when they discovered a need for an unknown step in the process that would create a lot of dust. The install pro did everything he could to minimize the mess and was clear in communicating with us every step of the way. We will certainly be using footprint in the future!

The floor came out better than I expected and the job took 3 days to complete as they said. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considerating having a wood floor installed.
