Description of Work: Came to my house, went into the crawl space and tuned up my furnace, replaced the filter and then had me sign the paperwork. I loved that he did not try to sell me a maintenance plan but had some if I was interested. He also assured me that my furnace would probably be good for another 10 years, did not have any problems. The Sears repair person I had before really pushed the replacement plan for $1,100 and hinted that the furnace was on its last legs. Too high pressure for me. A-1 tech answered all my questions and suggested a humidifier and he gave me a price. Helpful but not pushy. I will definitely go with them the next time.

Description of Work: they were contacted because the blower fan in my home was not working. They quoted me around $79.00 just to show up which is par. The tech discovered it was just a simple fuse. A 3 amp fuse. The tech was in my home and working for maybe 7 minutes and then they charged me $55.00 for fuse replacement, which I thought was ridiculous. 7 minutes worth of work, plus a $.50 cent fuse brought my bill over $150.00. I WILL NOT use this company again.
