Double Diamone came and installed new gas furnace, very quick, very honest, and would use them again.

very polite, was there when he said he would be, did everything he could to find a local part, had to order from factory and have it shipped which added to the cost. Honest, reliable and courteous, would use again

It was just a service call. There was nothing wrong with the air-conditioning. The gentleman who came was very nice, very professional. He thought there was something wrong with the compressor and so he called and got a whole new unit. And he had somebody else come to install the new unit because he wasn't licensed to do the transfer of liquid. But as soon as the other gentleman came out here and took a look at it, they realized it was a large bug that had shorted it out and as soon as they cleaned it off the AC unit worked again. I wish the person who came out originally had troubleshooted a little more because then I would be with AC sooner rather than later. I wish he had gone a little further to investigate what was wrong.

Since I live in a different state, my contact with the company was via phone. The company was prompt to go to the house to provide the estimate and to schedule the repairs. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and at a great price. The tenants are very happy with their interaction and the work completed. I have already recommended this company to several other people.

From the first call to the install these guys are number one in my book. The price was competive and the product and workmanship was top drawer all the way.

Comfort Air had been here and did not complete the job. What the tech told me was completely wrong. When the person Diamond sent out looked at it he said the freon was low and he found a leak when he tested it.I would never hire Comfort Air Again.

The story is that I called this service based on Angies list ratings, ha,ha, he came out to my house, couldn"t diagnose the problem and I waited a few days for a camera they used to confirm what they already knew, that metal flakes from the existing venting was blocking the pipe. Then he talked me into running a pipe outside the house along the chimney, instead of replacing what was existing inside the chimney, I'm guessing, because he stood to make more money. Now, I have a huge ugly pipe running up the whole back of my house with no way to conceal it and he lied about the time spent doing this and I'm paying 2300 dollars. This man is arrogant and a liar and a totallu unethical individual, clearly after one-time business.

After a need to reschedule from the initial visit on the week of June 28th, because the job required a drill to drill through concrete, things went very smoothly and the work was very professionally performed included checking for gas leaks in the gas fittings. They even accomodated a 7/2 install to have the grill operational for July 4th. The work on the shower head replacement went smoothly as well.

They are excellent, and I will use them again in the future if needed.

He thoroughly cleaned one unit in particular. He showed up promptly and completed the work quickly. He told me that one of my units (almost 20 years old) may need replacing but would make it through this summer. I appreciated that he didn't try to talk me in to a new unit.

They are a good company. They were very knowledgeable. They had all the qualities I looked for in a good company. Their experience showed in their work. They really knew their job. It was new equipment. They made objective and very valuable recommendations in terms of the equipment I needed. The quality of their work was very good. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

The install went fine. See above for the rest of the story. Paul had come to the house before the install to explain the various toilet options , give us an estimate, advise us of possible additonal work needed to complete the work in a house as old as ours, and how the install would progress. Thus, there were no surprises.

We have been using them for about 6 years. They are well priced. They also show up whenever they say they will. If we have an emergency they are here right away. They also work through Lowes. They are an excellent company.

I called on a Friday morning about the noise my pipes were making and Paul told me I needed a pressure valve installed so the pressure wasn't so high when we ran any water in the home. He was going to try to make it out to the house Friday afternoon but he had some heating emergency calls that he needed to tend to. He asked if it would be ok to wait till Monday morning. He called me first thing Monday and was to my house by 10am and done by 12. Not only did he fix the high pressure issue but I also pointed out a leak I had noticed and he fixed that problem as well.

First Paul came and give us an estimate for the job. Then an appointment was made to do the job. It took about an hour for the job. We were very happy with the work he did. I told him about a friend who needed help with a sewer and he gave me a name of a company who is going to do the work for a resonable price. We were very grateful for the help for our friend and very pleased with the installation!

The whole process went very well, they even cleaned up excess water that had leaked in to the stand that the hot water heater and the boiler sit on, I did not even think that water could have drained into the structure but it did and they took care of it! I would most certainly hire them again for any plumbing that I cannot do myself!

Paul kept us apprised of what needed to be done and the cost from start to finish. We are completely satisfied with their work as well as the cost. The technician came out to fix the pressure valve for the house. The pressure was too high for the pipes in the house (about 140psi). While he was there, I asked him about my whole house water (sediment) filter and about the overflow valve for the water heater. He fixed the pressure valve and replaced the two filter system with a single filter system and cleaned up the piping around the filter. He was very prompt, cleaned up his mess, and explained everything to me in plain english. I would be happy to recommend double diamond to anyone needing plumbing services and I will use them for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.
