Description of Work: Got estimate from 2 firms. Both were similar. Decided not to do the furnace this winter. Water heater was picked up at Loews and installed as promised. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. Will employ them again.

Description of Work: Started with corroded valves on my hot water baseboard furnace. Found out the expansion tank was broken as well and a pressure release valve. Only leaving with doing the work originally intended would have caused greater problems/damage. Glad it was all taken care of at once. Even with additional repairs needed I did not feel like the added services added much to the cost. Very well done invoice that shows good detail. Accepts checks and is thorough. Thanks

Description of Work: We have used the services of Dx2 on several occasions. Most recently, they diagnosed and eliminated a clog in our kitchen sink. Because of excessive build-up of grease in the plumbing, they removed/replaced a large section of drain pipe in our crawlspace. Previously, Dx2 installed a new water heater in 2010 and dishwasher in 2009. They also took time to climb on to our roof and offer suggestions as how to eliminate a leak near our swamp cooler. On every visit, we felt like we had family members in our home, rather than installers/repairman. They were clean, quiet, respectful. Even our cautious house cats enjoyed their visits.

Description of Work: Paul has done my plumbing and heating for a long time, and this time he installed a new furnace. He did a wonderful job along with his apprentice Tim, and I'm very comfortable with the outcome. Now I won't have to worry about the furnace giving out in the cold night!!!
