This was the best company to deal with. They guarantee their work and they did an outstanding job, I highly recommend for quality of service, timely response and fair pricing.

So that was a little bit annoying. They could have fixed it on the first trip. When they come to find out they don't need that part anyway.

He did a wonderful job of fixing it for what I thought was a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up well after the job was finished.

Paul diagnosed the problem over the phone (clogged defrost drain) and said he could do the job, but if I want he could just tell me how to fix it myself. He explained what to do and I even called him back for further instructions once I was doing the repair. I fixed it with his advice, at no charge. I'll definitely call him in the future!

I called on Monday afternoon and Paul set up an appointment to come over on Wednesday morning. He arrived within the window of time he gave me and went right to work after receiving some background information. He checked several different options for what could be the problem and determined that it was an electrical issue and I needed an electrician to complete the job. I asked for a referral which he gave me and I was able to contact him. There were a couple other items he pointed out that could be fixed, but were not necessary to keep it running as soon as the electrical issue was completed. He also did a few tweeks that will help it run safer once it is running again at no extra charge over the service call. I appreciated his honesty and general good nature. I will definitely be calling him again for any future issues I might have.

Very well, he had to order a part. Picked it up and was back within a couple of days to fix the oven.

Paul came to our house at the end of his day (7:30pm) and stayed until he fixed our washer at 8:45. We had been told that we would need a new washer but Paul was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. We had just moved into our new house and had been without our washer for a couple of weeks so Paul's dedication was very much appreciated. Paul arrived within 24 hours of our initial call and the soonest other people we called could come was a week. Paul did a great job in a timely manner and we could not have been happier with the quality of his work and professionalism. We highly recommend Tubby Appliance.

1st tuneup since purchasing washer & dryer 9 years ago. Had concerns about unusual noises periodically. Thorough cleaning and adjustments. Replaced one roller. Excellent work. I highly recommend Paul Tubbs. One of the best & honest appliance service men I've come across.

Very well so far. He was not able to determine why the refrigerator was malfunctioning because the problem seems to have corrected itself.

Paul showed up about 1 hour before his scheduled appt.and called me first to make sure that would be okay with me. What a surprise. He came in and started right to work on my dishwasher and spent almost 3 hours finding the problem and fixing it for me. He gave me a few pointers on maintenance and use of my dishwasher. Excellent. I called him on Sunday 9/7 in a panic because our GE Profile refrigerator had not been maintaining proper temperature, for at least 24 hours. He came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem. Made an appointment the next day on Monday, 9/8 to replace the inverter on the refrigerator. After it was installed, the refrigerator started working immediately afterwards. He also installed a water filter as well, at our request, which he picked up for us with the inverter that needed replaced.He also told me to get some dry ice at the grocery store, and put in the freezer to maintain the temperature of the refrigerator in the interim.A consummate professional... very easy to work with and courteous. Also took time to explain the issue to me, so I could understand what was going on.I would highly recommend him to anyone for appliance repair.

Tubby was great. He was able to fix the fridge, tell us what was wrong and why it failed the way it did. The price was decent and I felt confident that he did a very good job. We will definitely use him again as needed.

We came home from vacation to learn from our house sitter that the refrigerator/freezer stopped working, and that by the time she discovered it there was a lot of ruined food. I did an Angie's List search for a repairman, and was concerned because I have NEVER had a good experience with appliance repair. Even when they did a good job, the cost was in my mind ridiculous.Paul Tubby responded pretty quickly to the message I left, even though he was working in the mountains and had bad cell service. He had a very long day, but was sensitive to the fact that you need your refrigerator. That evening, on his way down from the mountain he came by, about 7pm.Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, we move the refrigerator out, and he quickly found the problem: a starter for the condenser as I remember, and said it takes a few days to get that particular part, but he would check his truck. He came back in with one, saying he got it free from the supplier for some reason. He didn't have to tell me that. He could have charged me for it but didn't. He popped in it, helped me reposition the refrigerator, and charged me only for labor, and very reasonable at that.I just came across his card, and realized I never promoted him on Angie's, and feel bad about that.USE TUBBY APPLIANCE! I now have a company I feel good about!

Tubby found the problem right away and installed the new part. The door works great now! He also cleaned under and behind my refrigerator as there was a lot of dust. Now the refrigerator sounds quieter. I highly recommend Tubbyand quot;s Appliances!
