Very nice and friendly. Called after hours which I wasn’t expecting but grateful for the quick response. He offered to walk me through it over the phone since it didn’t seem to be something too difficult but if I can’t figure it out once I get the tool I need I’ll definitely be giving him a call for help since he seemed so genuinely nice. Thank you!

Paul Tubbs is very good at diagnosing problems related to large appliances. He repaired my refrigerator and spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. It was determined that purchasing a new washer would be much cheaper than repairing my old one.

Paul was very professional and friendly, explaining the cause of our dryer problem, and repairing and replacing the necessary parts. He had to go pick up an additional part, but did not charge us for the extra time or mileage. We highly recommend Tubby Appliance.

On time, and honest! would use again!

Scheduling logistics went well. I was not able to fully demonstrate issue when arrived (it was intermittent). Paul quickly and efficiently disassembled the dryer. Showed which parts were defective and was able to demonstrate how they were defective. Completed service efficiently at expected price.

This is the third time we have used Tubby's for appliance repair. Paul & Co. provided very good service and we would recommend them unconditionally. They have also worked on a washer and a refrigerator within the last 5 years. What makes this last time unique is the initial service call did not fix the problem. But true to Paul's word that if the problem resurfaces he will come back cost free. And that is just what he did, he came back later that week and stayed another 1-1/2 hours until it was fixed with no extra charge.

Paul was on-time and very friendly. Immediately got to work and talked me through what he was thinking. Didn't take long to assess the problem and determine what the options were. Wires may have just been loose because when he finished, it started working!

After diagnosing the problem, Paul had to return with the needed part. He stayed through an entire cycle to make sure that the machine was working perfectly.

Had to wait a day for the replacement part. Was up and running the next afternoon.

He told me I should get a new washer

Excellent. Knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. They recommended a cost effective solution as well as a full service option. We were very pleased with their service!

He showed up on time and replaced the part in the stove the same day. Nice guy.

The owner found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly without additional cost over the coupon.

excellent Saved paying $300 for a new disposal

Very well, but could not duplicate the error message on the dryer. Lint pipe was the likely cause as not enough air flow may have caused the error.

Paul was fantastic! My husband had tried to fix the dryer himself, so Paul was extremely patient getting the dryer back in order for him to take a look at. We needed a new control panel and Paul not only did some research for me, and knowing that my husband had already tried to fix it, he walked me through the steps so that when we got the piece in the mail, my husband could properly install it, not at all trying to convince me that he needed to come back to do it which I appreciated! We ordered the piece and now our dryer is completely fixed! Will most definitely use Tubby's again!

Already knowing the part that was in need of replacement I left a message with that information when making the appointment but when the technician arrived I was told the info I left wasn't received so he had to leave and come back with the part - obviously adding to the service time. Otherwise the technician very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

New ice maker installed and is working great!

It didn't take him long to figure out the problem and show me what to do if it ever recurs. And he charged me only for the cost of the service call. He was very pleasant to work with and I will definitely call him again when I need help with appliance repairs.

It was good. He worked until they get the issue resloved. They doesn't give you false hopes that the appliance will still be saved. They are very competent and honest.

Paul was wonderful to work with. He even went out of his way to pick up a needed part. Explained everything he was doing and got the job done.

Owner, Paul Tubbs, arrived on time, surveyed our problem areas, & worked for about an hour, ultimately fixing our fridge. ( one month later, it's still working like new! ). He's friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. His rates are very competitive. I certainly would hire him again, although, I hope I don't have to. He quickly answered our "washer noise" issue: "The bearings are gone on the drum; & due to a high cost of that repair on the Korean-made LG brand, start looking for a NEW washer. It confirmed what we suspected. Problem now fixed.

It was at a rental unit that I have. I don't remember the cost, but I did think he did a very good job. It was reasonable. He was very personable.
