Description of Work: Josh, Technician for Tubby Appliance Repair in Golden, perfectly fixed my dishwasher, which needed a new detergent dispenser installed. I provided the spare part but he first wanted to know if the dishwasher problem had first been diagnosed, which I hadn't had done. He efficiently proceeded to analyze the electric control board which told him if the problem was more than a simple latch which wouldn't release the detergent during the wash. His thoroughness resulted in his easily snapping the new dispenser into place and the perfect functioning of the dishwasher on the first try. That dishwasher is now like new, and if I have another problem with that or any other kitchen appliance I will call Tubby. Josh's efficiency and professional competence was the best I've ever encountered in a repair technician. He also was extremely courteous, and all my dealings with him and Paul Tubbs were beyond reproach.

Description of Work: Paul responded quickly to my request through Angie's List. Josh repaired the ice maker and cleaned out the clothes dryer and vent. Paul and Josh were both very pleasant and punctual. I would use and recommend them again.

Description of Work: When I explained my problem to him--oven not heating correctly, he walked me through the steps to correct is--he said he would come out and fix it if I was not able but he was sure I could do it myself. I was very impressed with him. Of course, he would be the first person I would call if I had an appliance problem in the future.
