Tubby showed up right away, got the part that was needed, installed it and we had ice for our event, right on time.

Absolutely great. Josh was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend Tubby any chance I get.

They properly diagnosed the issue, but had to use other service provider due to warranty

Tubby's called and said the part is no longer manufactured so repair was cancelled.

Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He gave us specific information regarding our 20-year-old oven that helped us determine it would be better to replace the oven then have him come out and repair the old one.

Bad luck for us! The day Paul arrived, the oven worked just fine. He checked all of the parts involved in the oven ignition and heating system, and all were working just fine. Can't fix what isn't broke. He observed that it was a rather old unit (likely older than 15 years) and that some factory replacement parts were likely unavailable but not to worry, some suitable universal parts are available if the problem recurred.

He fixed the dryer and not the washer

Great! Josh found the problem quickly, but.unfortunately the necessary part was no longer available for our old dryer. It was the switch to make it stop when the door opened. He offered to bypass the switch for us, since we have no kids around.

Excellent - second time I have worked with Tubby. My go-to for all appliance repairs.

Tubby Appliance did a great job--the tech did not have the part, so he drove across town to pick up the part and was back within a couple hours to complete to repair.

Great! The repair man suggested an inexpensive and easy fix when he could have done something pricey. I really appreciated his honesty!

They were very good, I have no complaints about them. They were kind of expensive. I think I had to have some units in my oven replaced, they had gone out. I think it was pretty expensive to fix those ovens. I don’t know if it was just them or if it was just the sticks. As a matter of fact, my ovens are reading 50 degrees off. So, I am accommodating that with a thermometer that I have in there, so I just set it like when I want 350, I put 400. It’s not satisfactory, I’m getting tired of doing that. Good quality. They responded. They kind of hang loose, but they’re very professional. I don't know if I would call them above this other man I have, I might just call somebody else. I'm not sure.

Excellent. He was prompt and professional. We subsequently called him for a refrigerator issue. He was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem over the telephone with no need for a trip charge. We will use him exclusively for our future appliance needs.

Paul is just a very nice guy. He comes out. I call him and it's amazing how often he can come in just a very short time and goes out of his way to take care of things and make sure I don't go without my refrigerator working. It was more than normal. I've used him several times for little things that come up. He's just been so wonderful and efficient. He is such a nice man.

Went Super! Part replaced. Tech did not leave until he had insured that washer was working properly. That was 4 months ago and washer has worked perfectly ever since. I highly recommend this company.

No work done. This was for a second opinion. I got two different opinions regarding repair. My plan is to just replace appliance.

Repair person was on time and very friendly. Got all the information, left to get the part, returned and replaced with a new part. Works great!
