Description of Work: It was easy to set up an appointment for a service call within a few days of my inquiry, however the technician arrived an hour after the scheduled time. I placed a call into the company 30 minutes after the scheduled time and was told I would receive a call from the technician updating me on their arrival time, but I never received any communication, but the technician arrived 30 minutes after that. The technician was professional and was able to fix the problem quickly.
