The painters were on time and courteous , great job!

We were really pleased with every aspect of this project. Everyone we worked with was really friendly, helpful, and on the ball. The paint looks great, and when I have more painting to do, I'll ask for the same team (Ron and Joel) again!

Guys are doing a great job

They did an excellent job painting. I had to have them come back for clean up, but looks great now.

I would not recommend using CertaPro Painters. They use contractors rather than employees to do the painting, which means that the company has very little control over the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, the contractors we had did a very poor job, which we complained about. It was two weeks before the contractors were able to come back and touch up the problem areas. The touch-up they did was very poor quality. In some areas, they even used the wrong paint. We requested a refund and were given a check for 30% of what the paint job cost. The owner of the company sent a hand written letter along with the check, which was rude and insulting.

Came on time, finished the project pretty quickly and did a great job.

This company was the most professional when it came to the bid process. The color consultant was a very nice touch. The actual job was expected to last 2 days, but the painter finished in one. I didn't notice the giant water stain on my basement stairs until after the walk through. It appears paint was spilled on the carpet, and the attempt to clean it up was not brought to my attention at the time. I would advise checking the floors during the final walk through.

Dan was friendly, flexible, and efficient. His work is neat and well done.

CertaPro was excellent. The painters they hired were not prompt but CertaPro we in contact with me to make sure the job was finished.

What I liked best about Certa Pro was they actually showed up unlike some of the other contractors.

Jose was the supervisor of this painting crew. He works with them closely and is thorough in his completion of the task as a painting professional. Would definitely hire him again.

Very professional company in all aspects of their work. Everything was done exactly as it was presented to me when they submitted their bid. The painter was great and did outstanding work. Took his time and did a lot of prep work prior to painting, and my house looks absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with the results and would recommend CertaPro Painters with any hesitation!
