From beginning to end, this team was incredible to work with! I was so appreciative of how from the moment we met with Matt for the quote, to the end of the project when we did the walk through with Rigo and Gus, the communication was thorough, professional, and kind. Each step was explained and the follow up on needs and questions was always prompt. I never once had to worry about reliability or follow though. Rigo was fantastic in anticipating questions and needs and he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Linda, who coordinated all the behind the scenes magic, was also stellar to work with and had such wonderful customer service. On top of all of this, the work that was done was AWESOME! Our house looks incredible (I canâ t believe itâ s my house) and the quality of the work is beyond what I expected. Somehow the team managed to be both detail oriented and incredibly speedy at the same time (they finished ahead of schedule). We have had our house stained now for just a few days and we have already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors on how beautiful it looks. I also feel even better about it knowing the wood is protected from the elements. I am still in awe of how we got so lucky as to find this team, and I am just so grateful for all the work they put in to ensure the finished product was what we wanted. I could keep going but for the sake of brevity, I will just end this review saying that I 100% recommend them!

I thought they did a wonderful job. Once they started, they were here every day until finished. They cleaned up very well and I knew I could call on them if I found something I didn't like or understand. They also pointed out to me something about my deck that I need to look into so I could fix problem before it got too big of problem. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I will start with the positives. Everyone I worked with at the company was very friendly. Communication was clear and pricing was middle of the road of the 4 quotes I got. Owner seems to run a good business and cares about making customers happy. Unfortunately the work did not live up to my expectations. As I told the company it feels like we paid for professional painting but it looks like a homeowner completed the work. The project was quoted at 2-3 days but then was initially complete in 1.5, and the rushing was likely the cause of many issues. Edging lines were not clean, not enough time was given between coats so we could see texturing in the paint from the roller separate from the actual drywall texturing, I had to ask many times for nail holes to be filled as they said they would, the wrong paint was used on the ceiling and when they came back to fix it only did half of the ceiling correctly (though came back another day to do the other half when I asked), and I had to clean up messes many days after they left. To their credit they came back 3 separate days to try and fix the work, and it got progressively better each time, but only because we really stepped in and micromanaged basic details I would have expected a professional painting company to take care of as standard protocols. In total after 5 days of work across 2 weeks I think the final product is just okay, which is not what I would hope for at this price point. We will be looking for a new painter the next time we need this kind of work done.

We already had colors picked out but it wasnâ t until Linda provided us with feedback as well as renditions of what our home would look like with the colors we had chosen did we truly know our colors were going to be great and it was not going to be an eye sore for our neighbors. One of the most remarkable aspects of CertaPro Painters is their team of highly skilled professionals. The painters on their team are not just experts; they are artisans who take pride in their work. The precision with which they handled every brushstroke and the care they took to protect my property were truly commendable. It was evident that they were passionate about delivering nothing less than perfection. Sally, who was the project manager on our exterior paint project did an amazing job from start to finish. She started our project by double checking our base, brick, and accent/trim colors and color placement, communicated with the painter, and even did touch up and finishing work at the end project. Once the job was completed, she did a final walkthrough with me and my wife to make sure we were happy with everything. Everything was perfect and it wasnâ t unit I was able to spend a week looking at the exterior did I notice some areas that needed minor touchups. This was not a big deal to me, its exterior house painting and some minor spots or touch up work is expected in my opinion, since I had extra paint left over, I was planning on doing it myself. But no, not if you go with CertaPro, within a half an hour after Linda reached out to see if we were happy with their service Sally and her team were back at our house doing all the touch up work and even going over some areas, they felt needed more attention. I didnâ t think this type of service existed anymore, but CertaPro proved me wrong. CertaPro Painters not only excels in their workmanship but also in the quality of materials they use. They provided a wide range of premium paint options, ensuring that I could achieve the exact look and feel I desired for my home. Their use of top-notch products guaranteed that the paint would not only look stunning but also stand the test of time. Very complete

Our experience with CertaPro Painters was outstanding! Weâ ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years building houses (including the one weâ re in now here in Gilpin County), commercial properties, etc. and theyâ ve been one of the very best to work with, if not the best. They spent 5 days power-washing, painting the house and trim, sealing timbers, and staining deck and stair rails (all exterior) â those 5 days were spread over two different weeks because they would not paint if it was going to rain, which we very much appreciated. They put two coats on, so the paint is thick and durable and looks great. Aside from the great work on the jobsite, one of the most valuable features of their services was Lindaâ s assistance with color selection. We are accountants, not decorators; Linda drove all the way up here to help us with color selection, and that service itself was almost worth the entire cost of the project for us!

I highly recommend Certa Pro. They worked around my schedule to get the entire exterior of my house painted. Great communication about getting the job done to my specifications. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up each day and stored their supplies. Very neat and clean. Very good price.

I would not recommend them for large projects. Make sure you can closely manage the process. The project manager is a marketing tactic.
