Description of Work: I own a rental property and the roof experienced hail damage. Mr. Westers guided me through the ins and outs to dealing with the insurance. He required no up front money. He spoke to the insurance company and handled everything. I only met Mr. Westers when the job was completed. I live about 110 miles from the property. He used better materials than the insurance company recommended, with little cost to me. The above price was the total amount of the claim. I had to pay the deductible and a small amount for the upgrades.
