Westers Roofing

I did not use them. They patched the holes, but charged me a ton of money to do it. To be fair it was only temporary, but did it in a very shoddy way. I asked for a bid for the permanent fix and they sent me an email with no official paper work saying it would be "about $2,000" (which was way out of line). Poor customer service.

Very professional, did on time and on budget. They worked with our insurance company and things went very smoothly. Would definitely use again.

We've had the pleasure of being serviced by Westers Roofing a couple of times. I was initially impressed when they came to our home to do a roofing inspection and again when we had them install some heat tape to mitigate ice dams. When I purchased an investment property and needed a new roof installed, Westers was my first choice. The work was done on time and on budget. They made the whole process easy and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

John arrived very quickly after my call and did a good inspection. Remarkably, he found no significant damage and did not recommend any changes to the shingles or plywood. A nice surprise! I appreciate this kind of honesty and will use Westers Roofing when next the roof needs replacing.

I would absolutely use them again. As with any project, there were some minor issues. Brooks resolved them to our satisfaction. The roof is top quality and looks great. Their clean up after the project was excellent.

Extra effort was made to match the faded shingles, which required a second trip. The cost was half of an earlier bid. The communication was excellent and I would have them replace the roof in the future without a second thought.

They did a nice job. The guy came out immediately. I would absolutely use them again.

I called John Westers because I knew that he had a good reputation in the area, but I had no idea that he was this good. He came out to examine a roof leak caused by a badly installed satellite dish. Instead of a small repair, he pointed out to me that the old shingles were no longer available, so the repair would require a larger area and then he looked closely over the entire roof and discovered hail damage. John told me to file a claim for homeowners insurance for hail damage along with the claim for the satellite dish damage. He came back to examine the damage with the insurance adjuster and pointed out the need for updates to meet present building codes. He also recommended using shingles that would be more wind and hail resistant to get me a reduced premium on my homeowners policy. I would not have known any of this. I just thought that I had a bit of a leak caused by the satellite dish. We got enough from the satellite company to pay for the deductable for the homowners policy and I got a whole new roof with building code improvements and all for no money out of pocket! Win, win, win. Granted, your mileage may vary, but with the help of Westers Roofing, I got through this problem very well. John's been in the roofing business exclusively for quite a few years and has work crews that have been together with him over ten years. They show up when promised. They work efficiently, quickly and neatly to do an excellent job. They cleaned as they worked and when they were finished, there wasn't a scrap or a nail left anywhere. I got up on the roof and examined it thoroughly and I am amazed at how perfect it is. If you have a roofing problem, do not respond to any of the fly-by-night snakeoil salesmen out there and don't be foolish and believe that you can do a first class job yourself. It might look simple, but it isn't easy to get it right. It takes a lot of knowledge and experience, but when you have a real pro like John, you can rest easy for many years and actually increase the value of your home while reducing your homeowners insurance premium.

Mr Westers was great to deal with and work with. He has a lot of knowledge, options and great ideas on how to approach our roof replacement. He was very familiar with the insurance process, which made the experience that much better and easier. Any questions we had, he and his company addressed in a very timely fashion. They were easy to work with. His crew was experienced and thorough. They did a great job! Clean up was excellent! Would we use Westers Roofing again? YES! Thank you Westers Roofing!

Westers was an excellent company to work with, very professional, on time and hard working. John was knowledgeable in the roofing products and we are pleased with his recommendations and great pricing. The installation was of quality that far exceeded our expectations, the installation team worked independently and the cleanup was impeccable. We were very pleased, will use them for any future needs and highly recommend them!

John went over our proposal @ my dining room table, gave us a fair quote and better quality shingles & warranty than other company's. His crew delivered materials on time & completed the roof replacement. John is professional, pleasant to work with and I'd be happy to work with him again.

They handled the insurance billing and completed the job in two days. All our interactions with John and his crew we positive. Hard working honest crew.

Did everything they said they would and on time. Price was competitive with upgrade in roofing material provided. I arranged a visit shortly after a major hailstorm with them, they showed up and delivered as promised.... no long waits like others in the area.

The roof had already been estimated by our insurance adjuster. The price was reasonable but more importantly I think they provide quality work. There was one small issue with a shed roof that they were perhaps a little sloppy on and did come back to fix after my husband noticed. They move very, very quickly when putting the roof on but also seem very experienced with their methods.

I just spoke with the contractor and he didn't think that I needed the service that I purchased.

John, Will, and their team are fantastic, easy going, responsive, and great to work with, while also very keen to give you the highest quality and a roof that will stand the test. We are very satisfied with the work and 100% trust Westers. You can trust them to take good care of you too. It easily could have been a difficult situation, since we recently moved to town and the sellers along with their insurance were responsible for the new roof, but John wouldn't let that happen. He made sure that everything went smoothly and easily at every step. We also found out that several roofs on our street were done by Westers over the last several years and they were the only ones that didn't need replacing after the last big hail storm! Made it an easy choice to select Westers when it seems like there are a lot of roofers in town. We're very happy with our selection of Westers Roofing and know you will be too.

He was very nice and very accommodating. He had very good comments on Angie's List. He was close by. He fixed the problem and didn't try to say we needed a new roof.

The roof looks FANTASTIC! That has to be the hardest working roofing crew we have ever seen and we watched a whole bunch of crews working last summer on roofs around here. The work was completed in one day. They were also very kind in that I had to leave for a medical appointment and they moved their trucks out of the way without even having to be asked so I could get my power chair down the driveway. They were all very professional and very thorough in cleaning everything up. We are trying to sell our house so having this work done quickly is a big help to us. This company was recommended to us by our realtor and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend them!
